Research On The Identification And Optimization Of Township Main Functional Areas Based On The Evaluation Of Territorial Space Function

Since the reform and opening up,the spatial structure of China’s economic development has undergone tremendous changes,and the differentiation of the development of land and space functions in various regions has become more and more obvious.It can be seen that optimizing the territorial spatial pattern,so that each region can achieve complementary advantages and high-quality coordinated development in the development process,is of great significance for the current construction of a new development pattern,and the focus of optimizing the territorial spatial pattern is to improve the strategy of the main functional area and its system,so on the basis of exploring the development level and development characteristics of the territorial spatial function,and grasping the law of its temporal and spatial evolution,it is an important task to refine the division of the main functional area,and formulate differentiated control measures on this basis.Based on the theory of regional function and the theory of coupling coordination,this thesis adopts the entropy method and the coupling coordination model on the basis of constructing the land and spatial function index system,and analyzes the townships of Luxi County in 2010,2015 and 2020 The development level of urban spatial function,agricultural spatial function,ecological spatial function,and comprehensive function of land space,the coupling and coordination degree between systems and the development characteristics were measured,and the temporal and spatial differentiation laws of the measured results were analyzed,and then the main functional area types of each township were identified on this basis,and differentiated control measures were proposed from the aspects of commonality and individuality.Based on the development level of land space function,this study deeply analyzes the interconnection characteristics between various functions,which has certain reference value for refining the main functional area and optimizing the land space pattern.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)From the county level,the spatial differences and spatial agglomeration characteristics of the functional level of land space are significant.The northern part of Luxi County has a high level of agricultural spatial function,the central urban spatial function level is high,and the southern and eastern parts have a high level of ecological spatial function,and the development of each township has its own characteristics.The townships with high comprehensive level of land and spatial functions in Luxi County were all distributed in the central and northern areas of Luxi County,while the lower ones were distributed in the eastern and southern regions,with obvious spatial differences.(2)Based on the degree of coupling and coordination between the land space function subsystems,combined with the dominant and dominant land space functions of each township,the characteristics of the land space function development of each township in Luxi County were clarified,and finally combined The functional level of land space and the actual development background divide the townships of Luxi County into three main functional area types and six sub-regions.Luxi Town and Shangbu Town are divided into urbanization development areas,of which Luxi Town is an urbanization optimization development area and Shangbu Town is an urbanization promotion area;Yinhe Town and Xuanfeng Town were divided into main agricultural product production areas,of which Yinhe Town was the main agricultural production functional area and Xuanfeng Town was the agricultural characteristic functional area;Other townships are key ecological function areas,of which Matian Office and Wanlongshan Township are ecological economic zones,and the others are key ecological reserves.(3)Relatively specific and differentiated control measures are proposed for each type of township-level main functional area from both individual and general aspects,but from the county level,there are also general control measures:(1)Under the guidance of ecological civilization thinking and food security strategic thinking,protecting the ecological environment and cultivated land is necessary for each main functional area type control measures;(2)In order to optimize the spatial pattern of land and promote the full and balanced coordinated development of various regions,a development strategy of cross-township linkage development is proposed for townships and towns whose main functional areas are urbanization development areas,main agricultural product production areas and ecological economic zones.
