Promoted by the national strategic situation,the general aviation industry has been developing rapidly,and the flight activities of general airports are increasing day by day.Facing the airspace of general airport with strong mobility,high flexibility,complex operating environment and diverse aircraft composition,it is necessary to further improve the monitoring system to maintain the safe operation of general airport.The MLAT is an ideal general airport surveillance technology because it is independent of satellite base,compatible with various airborne answering devices,high accuracy,stability and reliability.After analyzing the MLAT and its principle,this thesis optimizes the location solution algorithm and the ground receiving station location selection,proposes an improved joint algorithm to improve the accuracy of location solution,establishes the immune genetic algorithm to optimize the location selection model,and selects Chengdu Huaizhou Airport for the simulation application of MLAT system construction.Firstly,the research trends of MLAT and general airport surveillance are introduced.This thesis summarizes the main surveillance technologies and their advantages and disadvantages,and determines the application value of MLAT in general airports.Secondly,the basic principle of MLAT is elaborated and the solution equation is established.Combined with the advantages and disadvantages of Chan algorithm,Taylor algorithm and random drift particle swarm optimization algorithm,an improved joint algorithm is proposed to improve the accuracy of positioning solution.MATLAB is used to verify the positioning effect of the improved algorithm.Thirdly,by deducing Geometric Dilution of Precision(GDOP),we analyze the factors affecting the positioning accuracy,and then establish a geometric dilution of precision(GDOP)model to select the optimal ground receiving station layout so as to improve the monitoring accuracy.GDOP is used as the evaluation tool for simulation analysis,and the results show that the model is optimal.Finally,taking Chengdu Huaizhou Airport as the target,the site selection of ground receiving station of the MLAT system is completed,and the monitoring performance is simulated and analyzed.The results show that the station layout scheme meets the monitoring requirements of the airport terminal area.
