With the rapid development of economy,the problem of resources and environment is also gradually worsening,and the manufacturing industry is the main source of environmental pollution.In view of the environmental problems in the manufacturing industry,the government has issued a large number of environmental protection policies to encourage and advocate the implementation of the concept of green and sustainable development in the manufacturing industry,such as green production,green factories and green parks.As a common supporting technology for sustainable development,green design has the potential to identify and find ecological and environmental problems at the design source.As the initial stage of the design task,the result of the scheme design stage has an important impact on the attributes of each stage of the subsequent life cycle.Research shows that the cost and performance of 70%to 80%of the product depend on the development and design stage of the product.Therefore,it is the key of green product design process to systematically evaluate the environmental attributes of the whole life cycle of products in the scheme design stage.Aiming at Green design,this paper studies multi-scale analysis model of product design requirements and and the quantitative analysis method of importance degree,establishes the multi-domain mapping model to study the effective transmission and distribution of design requirements.A design scheme expression model and a green evaluation index system based on matter-element theory and green characteristics were established.According to the quality function deployment method,the objective function of customer green satisfaction was established to improve the green performance of products.Specific contents are as followed(1)On the basis of the demand analysis of mechatronic products design,the multi-scale demand acquisition analysis model of products is established by considering market research,enterprise strategy,competitive enterprises and environmental protection departments as well as the preferences of people in different fields for the importance of product design needs.This method can analyze demand at different levels.In order to make the product meet the design needs of all relevant parties as much as possible and to balance the satisfaction of all relevant parties,the method of adjusting the importance of demand based on Kano model is used.Firstly,a product demand questionnaire was established for designers in different fields and relevant personnel to obtain their opinions on the relative importance of various demands(scoring system),Then,the demand types were classified through statistics and analysis.investigate customers’ satisfaction with product quality and professionals’evaluation of product quality,and obtain the adjustment coefficient of basic demand,expectation demand and excitement demand of products;The adjustment process of the importance of various requirements in the process of design requirement analysis is given.(2)Based on the analysis of green design requirements for Mechatronic products,the multi-domain mapping model driven by design requirements and the product design scheme expression model based on green features are established.Green design involves green attributes of product life cycle,and product life cycle information presents heterogeneous,multi-domain characteristics.The multi-domain mapping information transfer model is established to realize the first-level mapping between product demand domain(functional requirement and green requirement)and design domain containing function and structure.Secondary mapping between design domain and process domain;And the three-level mapping between the process domain and the design domain containing green features.Realize the effective transmission and distribution of design requirements and the mapping association between design requirements and the full life cycle of product design schemes.It provides support for further research on the greenness evaluation of design schemes based on green features under multi-source uncertain information.(3)On the basis of green evaluation of design scheme based on green feature expression,the design scheme is further optimized.Starting from the design requirements.QFDE adopts multi-level deductive analysis with the help of AHP.fuzzy evaluation,House of Quality(HoQ)and other technologies,which can transform the design requirements into the technical characteristics of production,use,scrap disposal and other stages of the life cycle.Using QFDE technology,in the second chapter green demand and the third chapter green characteristics of elements to build a quality planning,on this basis,established with the goal of maximizing the green demand satisfaction optimization model,under the design cost and time and other constraints,optimizing the green characteristics of target,determine various green features of the target period,and provides a guidance for product green design.Finally,a hobbing machine is taken as an example to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.
