Study On Contractor Performance Risk Management In Construction Contract Under DBB Mode

As a traditional project management mode,DBB mode is still widely used.In the actual construction process of DBB project,it is one of the important means of project management to incorporate the construction contract performance risk management into the project management system and make reasonable use of it.The period of the construction contract is calculated in years.Due to the long time and unpredictable things that happen every day,the performance risk of the construction contract is more complex than that of other contracts,and the probability of disputes is high and the impact is great.In order to better improve the performance risk management of construction contract,effectively reduce the risks in the process of performance,improve the success rate of contract performance,and further ensure the profitability and financial efficiency of contractors in construction projects,it is of certain significance to study the performance risk management of contractors in construction contracts under DBB mode.First of all,this thesis collects and describes the research prehistory,survey status at habitat and abroad,research methods and theoretical basis needed for this research,which lays a solid theoretical elements for this study.Secondly,the author uses the method of expert interview,case analysis and literature research to collect the basic risks of contractors in the process of construction contract performance.AHP method was used to score by experts,and factors with large weight values were selected as key risk factors.Based on the principles of quantification and operability,the first-level index and second-level index are obtained to construct the evaluation system of risk correlation factors of construction contract performance,which lays a foundation for the next research.Thirdly,DEMATEL-ISM analysis method is used to carry out hierarchical analysis on the selected key factors,to find out the mutual influence relationship among the risk factors,and to obtain the directed graph and hierarchical diagram of the influencing factors through the analysis software,and to calculate the centrality of each factor.The AHP-FCE method is used to calculate the weight of each level of indicators,construct the comment set and construct the membership function,and finally get the risk evaluation model of contractors in the process of contract performance.Fourth,according to the key performance risk factors,from the perspective of contractors to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Such as construction site safety camera;Play the role of construction log;Pay attention to the reconciliation of the paid project money,to ensure that the paid project money does not occur disputes;Break down contractual rights and obligations to make them more operable;Correct the defects at the time of signing the contract;Perfecting contract changes in both physical and procedural aspects;Grasp the payment characteristics of contract performance,and make a good plan for the default of the other party;Pay attention to changes in business environment and laws and policies,and adjust countermeasures in time;Pay attention to the limitation of action,except exclusion period and other 17 construction contract performance risk avoidance measures.Finally,through the actual construction cases,the feasibility of the risk assessment model is verified,and reasonable suggestions are given to the contractors on the risks existing in the case.
