Abstract/Summary:
The department manager is the head and waist strength of the enterprise,and their work performance is the key to the good development and high-quality operation of the enterprise.Effective performance evaluation of department managers can be used as an important basis for the decisions of salary distribution,post promotion,training improvement and dynamic allocation of department managers,so as to determine their satisfaction,enthusiasm and continuous improvement of work performance.Paper to create for 11 years,output value of 200 million,into A certain height and face strategic adjustment,organizational change and the challenge of the core staff excitation A furniture building materials company(hereinafter referred to as:A company)as an example,the research department manager performance evaluation system,explores,through A company and the related problems in practice and confusion of similar enterprises.This paper first summarizes the performance,performance appraisal related theory and department manager performance appraisal related research status at home and abroad.Secondly,interview method and data method were used to investigate and analyze the current situation of performance evaluation of department managers in A company,and the existing problems such as incomplete setting of evaluation indicators,single method of index setting,single subject of evaluation,unreasonable evaluation cycle and insufficient application of evaluation results were analyzed and put forward.Furthermore,based on the analysis of the causes of the problems,the corresponding improvement scheme of the performance evaluation system is designed,including the design purpose and principles,evaluation objects,index system construction,evaluation subjects and evaluation models.The key points include to promote A company’s strategic business objectives,internal management level,improve employee behavior as the core purpose of program design.The index architecture was designed under the guidance of multi-dimensional performance theory,and three structural index systems of work performance,work attitude and work ability were constructed.And select the production workshop,marketing center and finance department manager of three representative positions as examples,analysis and discussion of specific performance indicators design process and results.In the process of index design,the target management method,key performance indicators method and literature method are comprehensively used to determine the final performance indicators through expert opinions.Finally,the paper analyzes and puts forward the key points and supporting measures of the performance evaluation system for department managers.
