From the value chain of the whole oil and gas construction industry,oil and gas construction and installation engineering enterprises are at the low end,because the threshold is relatively low,the market competition is fierce,which leads to the emergence of high output value,low profit dilemma.A large number of small and medium-sized enterprises in the industry are facing increasingly prominent development disadvantages,from capital,talent and qualifications to a competitive position of disadvantage.And the proportion of small and medium-sized enterprises in the construction and installation industry and the role they play is also crucial,therefore,the development strategy of enterprises how to scientifically formulate,in order to achieve the purpose of sustainable development of enterprises,is the most important issue in the development process of construction and installation engineering enterprises.In the face of the common problems in the industry,we aim to conduct an in-depth study and research on the issue of enterprise development strategy,and formulate and implement a strategic plan for the enterprise.Thesis intends to study HY Company,examine its growth in the external environment,analyze its internal resources and capabilities,and study the overall development strategy of the company in order to seek the long-term survival and sustainable development of the construction and installation industry.Firstly,based on the strategic management theory and the theory of strategic management of construction enterprises,through the analysis of the current situation of the construction engineering industry,to understand the problems in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises at this stage and the reasons,while grasping the direction and trends of the future development of the industry;secondly,through the PEST analysis and the five forces model analysis to understand the external environment faced by HY,to understand the political,social and technological development of the national construction industry direction and the characteristics of the construction and installation industry and complete the analysis of the competitive environment,clear how to use external favorable conditions and avoid unfavorable factors;then according to the use of internal resources,combined with the analysis of the external environment,the use of SWOT analysis matrix,the HY company development strategy to complete the basic design,the use of their own advantages to seize the opportunity to complete deep plowing oil and gas industry,improve the road of backward integration,to expand business and achieve development;Finally,the corporate vision and strategic objectives,and on how to carry out the implementation of development strategies and security proposed to build the company’s corporate culture,optimize the company’s business construction,improve human resources development and team building,promote technological innovation and introduction,strengthen the construction qualification The company also proposed five targeted measures for the implementation and protection of the development strategy:building the company’s corporate culture,optimizing the company’s business construction,improving human resources development and team building,promoting technological innovation and introduction,and strengthening construction qualification management and market development mechanisms.HY is representative of small and medium-sized private construction and installation enterprises,which are an important part of China’s private economy.The findings of this paper can provide a direction for the development of HY,and are expected to provide practical reference values for similar enterprise strategy research and management.
