Intelligent equipment is the key to the transformation of China’s manufacturing to smart manufacturing,product design is the key to innovation of intelligent equipment,electrical layout design determines the feasibility and reliability of intelligent equipment,which puts forward higher requirements for intelligent equipment product designers in the mastery of electrical layout design knowledge,intelligent equipment product designers need to have in the conceptual design stage to independently complete the design and initial verification of the electrical layout of the product program,and The ability to complete the feasibility test of the scheme.This paper introduces an electrical layout algorithm based on graph data structure and an electrical layout assistance design system for intelligent equipment,aiming to provide electrical layout design assistance for intelligent equipment product designers who lack electrical knowledge or experience.The core of the layout algorithm is based on graph data structure to complete the structure of electrical layout component information and layout rules to achieve automatic layout between components.The intelligent equipment electrical layout aided design system built on the basis of the layout algorithm provides users with a visual electrical layout design space with component selection,automatic and manual component layout and other functions.The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,it analyses the current situation of domestic and international research on the electrical layout and concept design stages of intelligent equipment,proposes an electrical layout algorithm based on graph data,and introduces in detail the idea,process,evaluation index and experimental content of the algorithm.Secondly,a data set containing 340 components and 120 connection lines in the field of intelligent equipment is constructed based on a large silk cake defect detection machine as the research base,and simulation drawing is completed for each component.The experimental results show that the algorithm proposed in this paper achieves an accuracy rate of over 80% in judging the connection relationship between components under the design of electrical layout of intelligent equipment of different complexity commonly found in the field of intelligent equipment.Then,combined with the constructed electrical layout algorithm,the intelligent equipment electrical layout aided design system was proposed,the overall system and the functional requirements of each module were analyzed,and the non-functional requirements were analyzed,the environment architecture,functional architecture and user use process of the system were constructed and completed,and the prototype interaction design of the system was completed using Axure.Finally,using python language and front-end framework ant V/G6 to complete the development of the prototype of the electrical layout assisted design system in this paper,to achieve automatic visualization of component connection relationships,custom design of electrical layout and other functions.The application of the prototype system was verified using a large silk cake defect detection machine.The experimental results proved the practicality and effectiveness of the prototype system,and that it can complete the electrical layout design of product solutions in the conceptual design stage of intelligent equipment in an efficient and fast way with low learning cost,and assist in verifying the feasibility of the solutions.
