| With the rapid rise of artificial intelligence technology,the rapid development of intelligent ship industry has been promoted.However,the related enterprises in China started late in the field of intelligent ship technology,and there is a certain gap between them and the developed countries,so they are at a disadvantage in the future development.How to win in the competition of intelligent ship technology becomes the primary task at present.Nowadays,the essence of the competition between enterprises is the competition of intellectual property.Patent is the most important form of intellectual property,which plays a very important role in the competition.Therefore,the protection of patents has become an important development strategy for each enterprise,and patent layout is the most effective way.In view of this,this paper makes an in-depth study on the patent layout of intelligent ship technology.The theoretical framework of patent layout for intelligent ship technology is established.Finally,the patent layout of intelligent ship technology is carried out based on the theoretical framework.The research content of this paper is mainly composed of the following aspects:(1)Based on the different stages of patent technology’s life cycle,different research routes of patent layout are proposed.To study the distribution map of two-dimensional eucliditic enterprises and the distribution map of rpa-rpq enterprises in the high speed development stage of the life cycle of the patented technology,the quasi-metric multidimensional method was used to identify the benchmark enterprises in the travel industry.According to the characteristics of frontier technology,the evaluation model of technology development potential is constructed from three aspects: novelty,importance,complexity and fuzziness of patent.The analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each patent index parameter,and finally the comprehensive score of each patent index is made to identify the layout direction of the technology.(2)This paper proposes a method of selecting the corresponding patent layout pattern based on the patent form to be laid out and two layout design methods,which are based on the original technical scheme and the independent innovation design based on the technical theme.Among them,the layout design method based on the original technical scheme includes triz-based patent layout design,functional analysis layout design,and hybrid layout design.The layout design based on TRIZ can be divided into the layout design based on tailoring,the layout design based on effect,and the layout design based on the law of technological evolution.For the layout design method based on the original technical scheme,the judgment method of layout design idea is proposed,the matching relation table of layout pattern and layout design method is constructed,and the corresponding layout design method is selected according to the matching relation.(3)A complete patent layout process is proposed,and the automatic berthing technology is selected as the research object through the analysis of the global technology situation of intelligent ship and the patent technology category of leading countries.The above layout process is applied to patent layout of intelligent ship technology,and finally a variety of layout technology schemes are formed to achieve the purpose of patent layout of intelligent ship technology,and the effectiveness of layout process is verified. |
