High Speed Elevator Layout Design And Research On Computer Aided Design For Elevator Layout

Elevator layout design is a part for elevator which is very special. As elevator isa custom made production, not a batch production, so elevator layout design runsthrough from start to finish of elevator item. Every time when an elevator company sellthe elevator, they would provide layout drawing with the elevator to customer andinstallation department. Reasonable layout design to a project is not only convenientto customer but also convenient to installation department and user.With a high speed elevator item for O company, the elevator layout design is made,and computer aided design for elevator layout is carried on research.The main works in this paper are as below:1. The basic information for elevator and its layout design is summarized, to lay afoundation of high speed elevator layout design.2. With the item of O company, the overall design process and key technologies forhigh speed traction elevator are expounded comprehensively, consisted ofliftway components design and calculation, lift motor room design and calculation,elevator vertical face design and calculation, elevator performances guarantee andimprovement, etc.3. Computer aided design for elevator layout design is studied in this paper, whichincluding the computer aided design system structure and flow analysis, parametricaldesign and engineer drawing conversion, optimal design for elevator layout, and so on.A computer aided design prototype system is developed tentatively.The high speed traction elevator designed in this paper is put in actual use. Owing toreasonable allocation of liftway components, lift motor room and vertical face, buildingspace is used furthest, the capacity for carrying passengers is promoted, the elevatornoise is reduced sharply, and the elevator’s comfortable sensation is improved.Computer aided design for elevator layout design will be conducive to shorten designtime, cut down human errors, increase the efficiency of elevator project implementation,and then promote company brand image.
