| Manufacturing is the main pillar of the national economy,and also the main battlefield of "innovation-driven,transformational development and modernization" of the Chinese economy in the future.The most important and urgent task for China’s economic development in the new era is to transform China into a manufacturing country and create a new manufacturing advantage for China.The release of "Made in China 2025" also means that China attaches great importance to the development and transformation of the manufacturing industry to cope with fierce international competition.In this context,companies have gradually carried out intelligent transformation and upgrading of workshops.Can the original equipment layout meet the requirements of transformation and upgrading? If not,how to solve the problem?In this thesis,the problems arising from the introduction of intelligent equipment in the process of intelligent transformation and upgrading of workshop are studied.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the current situation of the workshop of X Company,and draws the conclusion that there are two problems in the workshop at present: the low efficiency of manual logistics transportation and disordered placement of goods in the temporary storage area.In order to solve these two problems,X Company plans to carry out intelligent upgrading and transformation of the workshop,that is,intelligent unmanned forklift is adopted for transportation to improve efficiency.Meanwhile,the application of this equipment can help realize three-dimensional storage of temporary storage area.However,the current equipment layout cannot meet the requirements of intelligent equipment operation,so it is necessary to redesign and plan the equipment layout of the workshop.Based on this,it is clear that the specific research content of this thesis is to optimize and adjust the workshop equipment layout after the introduction of intelligent devices in X Company.Secondly,in the process of optimization,the background of X Company and the current situation of workshop layout were firstly introduced according to the actual investigation.Then the mathematical model is constructed,and the hypothesis,objective function and constraint conditions of the model are clarified.Then,the workshop was designed and optimized based on genetic algorithm,and the solution was obtained by using MATLAB software.Combined with the actual situation of X Company,the new equipment layout scheme was sorted out.Finally,the effect of the obtained layout scheme is evaluated,and the original equipment layout scheme and the new equipment layout scheme are compared from the two aspects of equipment area and transportation efficiency.Through comparative analysis,it is concluded that the new equipment layout scheme has reduced the area of each processing zone by 155.16 square meters and the transportation time by 186.5seconds compared with the previous scheme.At the same time,the reasonable setting of temporary storage area reduces the manual search time by 50 seconds,which realizes the original intention of X Company to carry out intelligent workshop transformation.And the design scheme also conforms to the goal of equipment layout optimization. |
