According to the data of the National Bureau of Statistics,in recent years,the construction of medical buildings has entered a period of rapid growth,and the contradiction between the continuous input of medical resources supply and the difficulty of finding a bed in the first-class hospitals is widespread.In fact,the community hospitals around people can meet the medical needs of most people in terms of equipment and departments.The state is also advocating the formation of a medical treatment pattern of "minor illness at the grassroots level,serious illness at the hospital,and recovery back to the community".However,statistics show that the number of patients in community hospitals is increasing year by year,while the utilization rate of hospital beds is decreasing year by year,which results in the waste of a lot of medical resources.From the patient’s subjective feeling,whether the ward is comfortable and conducive to rehabilitation is one of the most important factors for patients and their families to choose the place of hospitalization.The quality of the thermal environment in the hospital ward has a direct impact on the patients’ comfortable experience and the process of rehabilitation.Outdoor thermal environment is the key factor affecting indoor environment.Chengdu belongs to area A,which is hot in summer and cold in winter.According to the requirements of the code,this area should pay attention to meet the design requirements of thermal insulation and thermal insulation,and pay attention to the design of natural ventilation and sunshade.However,the current research on inpatient buildings in this area is far less than other public buildings,so this study will explore and verify the passive reconstruction scheme of community hospital ward buildings in this area.First of all,the particularity of the use function of the ward determines the particularity of the standard of thermal environment creation in the ward,and patients should be the main consideration when transforming the ward environment.The author systematically combed the domestic and foreign literature research and normative standards related to medical buildings,summed up the relevant factors affecting human thermal comfort and the limit of ward thermal environment indicators,and based on the needs of both comfort and medical care,the appropriate ward thermal environment was obtained.The approximate index range of the environment: the room temperature is 24~27℃ in summer,20~23℃ in winter,and the relative humidity range is 30%~60%.Secondly,the author conducts field research on community hospitals in Chengdu in winter and summer,mainly including questionnaire survey and data measurement.There is a certain gap between the 80% satisfaction rate of the heat and humidity sensation obtained through the questionnaire survey.The investigation of the building structure found that most of the walls of the inpatient building were not provided with thermal insulation layers,the window glass was mainly single glass,and there was no sunshade device outside the window.The measured data is calculated and analyzed,and the average room temperature measured in summer is slightly higher than the upper limit of the index by 1~2℃,and the average room temperature measured in winter is lower than the lower limit of the index by 6~8℃.The survey results show that the current Chengdu community hospital wards mainly have the problems of poor thermal performance of the enclosure structure,poor thermal insulation performance in winter,and high room temperature in summer.Finally,in view of the problems found by the Research Institute,this paper analyzes the planning and layout of community hospitals,the ratio of window to wall,sunshade and the construction technology of enclosure structure by means of single variable simulation.the improvement strategies such as the plane form and the type of enclosure structure which are suitable for community hospitals in Chengdu are obtained.Then,based on the previous research data,a typical building model is selected to improve the indoor thermal environment in the example model.after the transformation,the average appreciation of room temperature in winter is 1.97 ℃,and the average decrease of room temperature in summer is 1.01 ℃.Overall,the optimized model has a greater improvement than the measured indoor thermal environment.The various technologies and research methods proposed in this paper are helpful to inspire and guide the reconstruction of existing buildings in community hospitals in areas with hot summers and cold winters.
