With the continuous improvement of manufacturing capacity, the number of large-scale projects at home and abroad undertaken by China is increasing day by day,and the transportation volume of long and bulky cargo is increasing year by year.At the same time, under the guidance of the "double carbon" goal, the state has increased its support for the new energy industry and built wind and nuclear power plants everywhere, which involves the transportation of a large number of wind power and nuclear power equipment, further stimulating the market demand for long and bulky cargo transportation. However, with the growth of demand, the frequent occurrence of relevant transportation safety accidents also deserves attention. As the number one project in the current logistics industry, multimodal transport can bring great convenience to the safe and efficient transportation of long and bulky cargo while giving full play to the advantages of different transportation modes. Therefore,on the basis of considering the risk factors of long and bulky cargo multimodal transport,it is the key concern of relevant departments and enterprises to study how to optimize the transportation risk, transportation cost and transportation time of long and bulky cargo through the combination of different transportation modes and transportation routes. In order to solve the above problems, this paper makes the following research:Firstly,it analyzes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on long and bulky cargo transportation, transportation risk analysis, multimodal transportation and transportation route optimization, and summarizes the problems existing in the current research. This paper introduces the theories and methods, including the outline of long and bulky cargo, the interpretative structural model and the improved non dominated sorting genetic algorithm.Secondly, carry out risk analysis of multimodal transport of long and bulky cargo.Firstly, the research results of other scholars are analyzed and summarized. Then, from the perspective of reality,112 long and bulky cargo transportation accidents in recent years are collected and analyzed, and the risk influencing factors of long cargo multimodal transportation are summarized.Using the explanatory structure model to further analyze and obtain the hierarchical structure diagram of risk influencing factors,so as to determine the deep factors, middle factors, direct factors and surface factors of risk. Then it quantifies the risk influencing factors, which is convenient for later modeling. Finally,it puts forward the countermeasures of risk management for different influencing factors from the perspective of qualitative and quantitative.Thirdly, establish a multi-objective path optimization model for long and bulky cargo multimodal transport with the objectives of risk, cost and time, make a detailed analysis of the risk, cost and time of the whole process, establish a multi-objective path optimization model under the constraints of path clearance and time passage of road sections, and put forward the solution method of the model and the scheme selection model based on the preference of decision-makers.Fourthly,an example is analyzed combined with the data, solved by python, and compared with the single mode transportation scheme,so as to illustrate the effectiveness of the model and the advantages of long and bulky cargo multimodal transportation.
