The static strength test of the car body is a necessary test to check the body’s strength,stiffness,stability and reliability.It is used to judge the rationality of the design,the safety and the reliability of the car body.Almost all new car bodies and major modified car bodies will be tested.During the testing processing,data and related experimental reports are also indispensable for car identification.They can provide reference for car body operation and maintenance services.With the increase of the number of static strength tests and the types of test cars,test data are accumulated rapidly,and it leads to some problems,such as the dispersion and confusion of data,the diversity of data formats,the lack of correlation of data,the weak combination between data and its original car body,and the lack of support of general data analysis and management system.Applying digital twin technology to the analysis of data and the interactive integration between data and virtual car body can provide solutions to the above problems.Therefore,based on the connotation of "virtual real combination" of digital twin technology and the combination with the actual engineering case,this thesis applies the digital twin technology for the analysis of car body static strength test data.At the same time,designing and developing the data management system.The main research work of this thesis is listed as follows:Firstly,clarified the design principles,objectives and development process,analyzed the system requirements and key problems,designed the network architecture,layered architecture and software architecture of the system,selected the development tools,and planned the overall design scheme of the digital twin system for the analysis of car body static strength test data.Secondly,drew the three-dimensional virtual model of car body by UG software,derived the kinematic equation of the model in space,built the digital twin model of car body by combining with Three.js three-dimensional visualization framework;analyzed the interaction process of mouse picking up model in the space scene and realized the construction and interaction of the digital twin model of the car body.Thirdly,built the development environment of user interface layer,business logic layer and data access layer,designed the core sub module functions of the three layers in detail,connected the data interactive transmission at all layers,and designed the data analysis and management system for car body static strength test.Finally,combined with Docker,the digital twin model and data analysis system were integrated and deployed.By building the test environment and using test cases for function test and data test,the system integration and test were completed.The test results show that the system can operate normally.The functions of the system are completed.It meets the principle of completeness and availability.The maximum error value between the result data and the standard data does not exceed 0.03,which meets the actual needs and has high accuracy.By applying digital twin technology to the analysis of static strength test data of car body,it solves the problem such as avoiding meaningless accumulation of data,increasing the correlation and circulation of data.It achieves the fine processing,analysis and management of data.It can help accelerate the speed of product development,and improve the effectiveness of the production and service.
