With the upgrade of manufacturing industry intelligence and digital demand,enterprise workshops have higher requirements for improving production efficiency and integrating and optimizing resources.In recent years,the strong development momentum of new energy vehicles has directly driven the huge demand for new energy power batteries,while the problem of double low logistics efficiency and control ability in power battery production workshops has led to production efficiency lagging behind market demand.The lack of research and attention to the construction of smart workshop in logistics system has led to the poor working experience of logistics employees and complicated human-machine interaction,and the research on the design of enterprise-level B-end products guided by the theory of scenarios is relatively vacant.The interaction design research of the logistics system for the characteristics of the power battery production workshop is carried out based on the scene theory with the smart workshop logistics system as the carrier.Based on the following three-stage research process:1)Based on the scenario theory,we analyze the relationship between the five elements of interaction design and the scenario elements,and explore the scenario interaction elements including character recognition,event state and plot.The concept of hierarchical scenarios was proposed,and the scenario-based interaction design model was constructed by combining the interaction design process.2)Through business and user research,the business problems of the logistics process in the workshop and the pain points and needs of the user operation scenarios were summarized.Through user interviews,relevant role identification,event states and plot factors affecting logistics efficiency were analyzed and core product functional modules and design indicators were derived.Refine scenario-based interaction design thinking and methods,and transform the design model into a targeted scenario-based interaction design application framework.3)Conduct scenario-based interaction design practice for the smart shop floor logistics system under the guidance of the application framework,including the integration of demand priorities under the construction of demand scenarios,the global interaction scheme under the construction of target scenarios,the realization of design goals under the construction of interaction scenarios,and the verification of The design effect evaluation under the verification scenario construction.The concept of scenario-based interaction elements and hierarchical scenarios is proposed to provide a concrete analysis means and a systematic thinking framework for studying user behavior.The interaction design procedure is reconstructed from a scenario-based perspective to provide scenario-based solutions and design ideas for realizing the intelligent construction of workshop logistics and the user experience problems of related enterprise-level B-end products at the practical level,which in turn broadens the research ideas for scenario-based interaction design methods at the theoretical level.
