Research On Smart Home Interaction Design Based On User Scenario

With the development of science and technology,people's requirements on living environment and quality of life are constantly improving.In the IOT era,the concept of smart home has been widely recognized,and presents a booming development situation.At present,researches in the field of smart home mostly involve engineering technology,or products from the perspective of industrial design,while researches on the interaction between users,products and environment and user experience are relatively scarce.The purpose of this study is to integrate design objects,user scenes,interactive experience and other factors into the design of smart home system,explore the interactive design method of smart home system,and promote the transformation of smart home from technology-driven to user-experience-driven.Firstly,this paper summarizes the relevant research on scenario interaction,and analyzes the composition and interaction mode of smart home system,mining factors affecting user experience.Then,the theoretical research is integrated with the interaction design system to sort out the relationship between users,goals,behaviors,scenarios and media,and build a smart home interaction design framework based on user demand scenarios,target scenarios and actual scenarios.Secondly,through questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,the behavioral pattern and touchpoints in the family scene were observed,the target users and typical scenes were established,and the cognitive characteristics of target users and their experience requirements for the smart home system were summarized.Then,the author proposed the design principles of smart home based on scenario interaction,and put forward corresponding design strategies to instruct smart home design practices.Finally,the author takes the mobile application and the intelligent scene panel as the design carrier to construct the intelligent home system featuring personalized scene definition,device interaction control and environmental monitoring.Through the establishment of the evaluation system,the feasibility and value of the application of scenario interaction theory in the interactive design of smart home are verified.
