| The main business of Huawen company is the construction of architectural decoration projects.Due to the lack of scientific project cost management system,the actual cost exceeds the budgeted cost in project construction,which reduces the company’s project profit and affects the steady development of the company.Therefore,improving the project cost management level is an urgent problem for Huawen companyBased on the current situation of the decoration project cost management of Huawen Company as the research object,combined with the characteristics of the architectural decoration industry and the current situation of the company’s project cost management,this paper uses the questionnaire method to further understand the problems of the project cost management of Huawen Company,that is,the cost prediction in the bidding stage is not in place,the project cost target is not formulated reasonably,and the on-site construction conditions are not confirmed sufficiently,Put forward the optimization plan of cost management from the bidding stage,construction preparation stage,project implementation stage and project completion stage of the project to improve the company’s existing project cost management ability.At the end of the study,the measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the project cost management optimization plan of Huawen Company are proposed from four aspects,namely,system guarantee,introduction of high-quality professional and technical personnel,promotion of the informatization of project cost management,and strengthening the construction of enterprise culture.18 figures,6 tables and 50 references... |
