| In recent years,the ability of scientific and technological innovation has become more and more the core competitiveness of domestic enterprises,and new product development is an effective carrier of technological innovation of enterprises.,which is very important for the innovation and development of enterprises.This paper takes the author’s H company as the research object,based on the new product development management theory,analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of several R&D project management methods,and expounds the current status of H company’s new product development management.In this way,we investigated,collected and sorted out the practical problems of enterprises in the process and content of new product development management,and sorted out and analyzed them.Then,combined with the industry characteristics and the current situation of H company,combined with the gate management method,the new product development of H company is optimized into product planning,product project approval,design and development,verification and confirmation,registration and declaration,promotion and sales and project conclusion 6 Each stage clearly defines the responsibilities and specific tasks of each functional part.At the same time,5 nodes are set: feasibility review,project approval review,small-scale product review,output review,and product approval.Each node review decides whether to advance the project to the next stage.This method can effectively collaborate with various functional departments,improve R&D efficiency,reduce R&D costs,and shorten the project R&D cycle.The doorway management method proposed in this paper is applied to the research and development project of zirconia ceramic blocks for all-ceramic dentures of H company.The practical results show that the gate management method can effectively shorten the R&D cycle and save the R&D cost,which has certain reference significance for the new product R&D management of domestic small and medium-sized medical device companies.18 figures,35 tables,and 80 references. |
