As an important and indispensable strategic product of PHL,DR product plays a great role in expanding PHL's share of the entire medical diagnosis market in China and even the whole world.Its strategic significance is mainly reflected in the following aspects: Nowadays,more and more hospitals in China are becoming integrated,which requires the medical equipment in hospitals to meet the basic comprehensive standard of "MRI,CT and DR" in terms of hardware conditions.At the same time,most hospitals in the bidding for medical equipment providers also have such requirements: Each can provide MRI,CT,DR three different categories of imaging diagnostic equipment.Therefore,the continuous improvement and development of DR products up to date,has become PHL's important mission.Then,for PHL R&D project managers,how to successfully manage each DR product development project,and ensure the project to be finished on time and the product to be launched on time,has become an important responsibility.Look at the past project experience,risk management is an important part of project management in the medical equipment industry.A good control of project risk management is equal to half of the success.The other critical part of success lies in successful project planning,implementation and supervision.However,the research about project risk management of medical DR device development is limited.Hence,the author try to share some insights about project risk management of medical device,based on her several years experiences in medical equipment industry and the other industry pioneers' expertise knowledge.Then furtherly analyze and study the medical DR equipment characteristics,constraints factors in the new product development,as well provide some references,which is the key to success of medical DR product development via project risk management and countermeasures.Wishing it can not only help PHL company medical DR product development project to improve the success rate,to achieve a success;At the same time,expecting that it can serve as a reference for the project managers of medical DR product development at home and abroad.
