At present,precast wallboard has been widely used in prefabricated buildings,but its performance under earthquake is poor and it does not have the ability of earthquake resistance.The prefabricated wall panel under the existing connecting structure is easy to be destroyed,which leads to the damage and collapse of the prefabricated wall,resulting in serious consequences.This paper proposes and designs a new type of energy-dissipating joint structure for prefabricated wall panels,which has good connection performance and can show certain energy dissipation capacity under earthquake,so as to reduce the damage to the prefabricated wall panels.On the basis of the design,the test piece was made for testing,and the relevant data results were obtained and analyzed.The finite element software was used to model the influence of different parameters of the energy dissipation connection structure on the structural performance.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Theoretical analysis and finite element simulation are carried out on the proposed wallboard connection structure,which verifies the rationality of the structural form of wallboard connection and determines the size of the connection structure.The finite element simulation software is used to build a model.The numerical simulation results show that the new energy-dissipating connection can effectively improve the connection effect between wall panels,improve the overall performance of wall panels,and increase the energy dissipation capacity of the main structure.(2)According to the analysis and design of the wall panel connection construction scheme,a full-scale model of six sides of prefabricated wall panel was made according to the ratio of 1:3,and the influence of the number and arrangement of energy dissipation connections on the structure performance was studied by comparing three groups of different walls.The test results show that the energydissipating connection can play a good role in the connection of the wall panels,so that the wall panels have better integrity,but also can enhance the energy dissipation capacity of the main structure,and has better ductility than ordinary prefabricated wall panels.(3)The parameters of the new energy dissipation connection structure are analyzed,and the simulation model in the finite element simulation software ABAQUS is established,which is in good agreement with the test results.Based on the simulation modeling of the size of the joint structure and the spacing of the joint layout,the research results show that the prefabricated wallboard has better strength and better energy dissipation and shock absorption ability when the overall size of the joint structure is controlled within a certain range.And it is reasonable to maintain a certain proportion range between the layout spacing of the energy dissipation connection and the total height of the wall panel.
