| This research topic is based on the National Science and Technology Support Program project,and mainly focuses on the analysis and modeling of a new type of steel-tube rubber friction damper(Steel-Tube Rubber Friction Damper,STRF damper).The research team ’ s early development and research on the STRF-1 type damper found that the frictional force of the damper is asymmetry when it is pushed and pulled unilaterally.Only one side of the two friction rubber blocks consumes energy and the friction rubber block is inside the outer sleeve.Problems such as flipping occurred.In order to solve this problem,this paper developed a new type of steel tube rubber friction damper(STRF-2 type damper)based on the energy dissipation mechanism of the damper,which solves the problems of the STRF-1 type damper asymmetry in the form of structure.Starting from the influence of structural form,rubber material and disc spring stiffness on steel pipe rubber friction dampers,relevant theoretical research,experimental research,finite element analysis and actual engineering case analysis have been carried out.This research is useful for enriching and perfecting steel pipe friction dampers.The theory of shock absorption and energy consumption and practical engineering are of great significance.This article has carried out the following main work:(1)The structure,energy dissipation mechanism and theoretical basis of the STRF-2 damper are studied and introduced,and several factors that may affect the performance of the damper are proposed.By comparing and analyzing the friction force of the friction rubber block of the STRF-1 damper and the STRF-2 damper,the energy dissipation advantage of the STRF-2 damper can be obtained theoretically,and combined with its finite element analysis The results further prove the correctness of the theoretical research.(2)Aiming at the STRF-2 type dampers with different energy dissipation mechanisms,rubber materials,and disc spring stiffness,the design proposed a test plan using two rubber materials,two disc springs with different stiffness and three combined assembly methods,and carried out corresponding tests.Specimen production and test work,and low-cycle repeated loading tests of three sets of dampers under different loading systems,loading rates,and loading displacement amplitudes were carried out.According to the analysis of the test results,it is found that the hysteresis curve of the damper appears symmetrical in the test,and the energy dissipation performance of the damper is affected by the rubber material,the temperature of the outer sleeve outer wall,the wear of the friction rubber block and the stiffness of the disc spring.It also analyzes and studies the material and size of the friction dampers with two different energy dissipation mechanisms to provide a reliable basis for the processing and production of the factory.(3)Use finite element software to establish a solid model for the test specimens of the STRF-1 damper and the STRF-2 damper,and perform numerical simulation analysis under the corresponding test load conditions;and change on the model of the STRF-2 damper The stiffness of the disc spring is simulated and analyzed.The results show that the energy dissipation performance of the STRF-2 damper is stronger than that of the STRF-1 damper,and the friction force is basically the same when being pushed or pulled in one direction;the numerical analysis results are consistent with the test results;the stiffness of the disc spring It has a great influence on the energy consumption performance of the damper.(4)Based on the actual engineering case analysis of the STRF-2 type damper,the finite element software is used to model and simulate the original structure of a certain six-story reinforced concrete frame and the shock-absorbing structure with the STRF-2 type damper.The co MParison analysis of the interstory displacement angle,the interstory shear force and the vertex displacement of the two structures under the action of the rare earthquake shows that the seismic performance of the shock absorption structure model with the STRF-2 type dampers is significantly better.Exerting good energy consumption capacity can provide good safety guarantee for the main structure. |
