The research object of this paper is a new type of composite wall panel—assembled metal energy-absorbing and shock-absorbing composite wall panel(MDW).The mechanical model and design method are studied,and it is combined with the frame structure to form Frameshock-absorbing-wallboard structure system.In order to further study the seismic performance of the structure system and better apply to actual engineering,This paper gives the design method of MDW and MDW in the frame structure.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The performance of the proposed new prefabricated energy-dissipation vibrationdamping wallboard(MDW)which consumes energy through bending deformation of steel plates is studied.The calculation formulas of section design of steel plate,MDW's elastic stiffness,yield displacement and yield force are given.The finite element software is used to carry out numerical simulation analysis on MDW,and the analysis results are compared with the design results,the reliability of the formulas are verified.The reinforced concrete wallboard is a bent cantilever member under concentrated load,the calculation formula of the reinforced concrete wallboard is obtained.(2)Equivalent single-degree-of-freedom system is used instead of the actual structure.The stiffness and damping are decoupled.The key parameters(number of MDWs)of the Frameshock-absorbing-wallboard structure design are obtained through the shock absorption performance curve of the single particle system and target performance.Then,the key parameters are extended to the multi-particle system.A simplified design method of MDW in the frame structure is obtained.Finally,the feasibility of the simplified design method is proved through the verification of engineering cases.(3)Under earthquake,In order to make full use of the energy consumption of MDW,the reinforced concrete wallboard must be reliably connected to the beam.Besides,in order to promote the wide application of MDW in engineering and to avoid unnecessary damage before or during installation,the recommended methods for making,lifting,transporting and installing are given.(4)Take an actual project in a high intensity area as an example.The simplified design method will be used to give the MDW layout plan and design parameters of the project.After verification by elastic time history analysis,the displacement reduction rate and shear force reduction rate are close to the target value,indicating the rationality and reliability of the simplified design method.Under rare earthquakes,The Frame-shock-absorbing-wallboard system achieves the expected energy consumption mechanism of "strong columns and weak beams",and MDW plays a good role in energy dissipation.It can effectively improve the overall seismic performance of the structure.
