As a joint venture traditional car company,Company F has always had a good market reputation and sales performance in the fuel car era,but after entering the new energy era,the market reputation of Company F’s new energy products has declined,which in turn has affected Company F’s sales performance in the new energy car consumer market.This has affected the sales performance of Company F in the new energy vehicle consumer market.The main factor affecting the reputation of new energy products is the quality level of new energy In the face of the fierce competition in the new energy vehicle consumer market,it has been an important part of F Company’s new energy product quality management to improve the reputation of F Company’s new energy products in the new energy vehicle consumer market by improving the quality level of new energy purchased parts.In recent years,digital technology has flourished and automotive companies have sought digital transformation.National policies also actively support automotive companies to make full use of the strategic opportunities of digital,networked and intelligent manufacturing transformation and upgrading,and promote quality management around improving product quality,reliability and safety throughout the life cycle.This paper uses digital technology to improve the quality of new energy purchased parts in company F.It also plays a complementary role to the research related to the quality management of new energy purchased parts and digital quality management.The main research methods used in this paper are the case study method,literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method.The research object of this paper is the specific case of quality management of new energy purchased parts of Company F.The main body of the paper is a case study of the case,which is organised by the literature research method,and the problems and reasons of quality management of new energy purchased parts of Company F are analysed by questionnaire survey method and interview method,and solutions to the problems are given for targeted enhancement.The general research idea of this paper is to present the problem,the theoretical basis,identify and analyse the problem,design the solution,implement the guarantee and evaluate the effect,and finally conclude.Firstly,this paper presents the problem by introducing the research background,research significance,research content,research method and technical route to present the problem.Then,this paper introduces the basic concepts of new energy vehicles,purchased parts,quality management and digital technology,introduces and compares and analyses quality management theories,followed by theories related to digital transformation and a review of domestic and international literature on related theories.Then,this paper introduces the basic situation of the company,quality management system,digital transformation system and other general information of Company F.It analyses the current situation of quality management of its new energy purchased parts,investigates its existing problems through questionnaires and interviews,and analyses the causes of the problems.In response to these problems,this paper set up the quality management objectives of new energy purchased parts of Company F and designed a quality management improvement plan based on digital technology.Then,the paper designs a concrete implementation plan and evaluates the effect of implementation.Finally,the paper concludes with an outlook.Through the research in this paper,Company F has established a set of quality management solutions for new energy purchased parts based on digital technology.Through this enhancement solution,it has significantly improved the quality levels of its new energy purchased parts such as ZP2 PPM,ZP7 PPM,3MIS and 12 MIS,which in turn has improved the reputation of Company F’s new energy products in the new energy vehicle consumer market and has given Company F a greater advantage in the competition of the new energy vehicle consumer market.This paper also plays a supplementary role to the research related to the quality management of new energy purchased parts and digital quality management.
