| In this paper,the performance tests of different asphalt mastic are carried out,and the variation law between the performance of asphalt mastic and the ratio of filler to asphalt is obtained.The skeleton of asphalt mixture is designed by using the concept of maximum density theory,and then the amount of asphalt mastic with different ratio of filler to asphalt is determined by volume filling method.The relevant asphalt mixture specimens are formed by vibration and relevant tests are carried out to explore the variation law between the mortar performance and the asphalt mixture performance.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Various test parameters of asphalt mastic with different filler-asphalt ratio are obtained by carrying out rotary viscosity test,cone penetration test and direct tensile test,and asphalt mastic can be designed according to the performance index of asphalt mastic by analyzing the variation of asphalt performance index with filler-asphalt ratio and temperature.(2)The maximum density theory is used to determine the passing rate of aggregates with different particle sizes,and the volume filling method is used to determine the amount of asphalt and mineral powder,and the new pouring asphalt mixture specimen is formed by vibration.Rutting test,triaxial compression test and beam bending test were carried out on the specimens,and the relationship between test parameters and filler-binder ratio and temperature was obtained.Through the rutting test,the dynamic stability of asphalt mixture can achieve the goal of 3000 times/mm when the ratio of filler to asphalt is greater than 0.9.(3)The influence degree of each parameter on the dynamic stability of the mixture at 60 ℃is studied by the grey correlation analysis method.The viscosity,the shear strength and the cohesion of asphalt mortar have a greater impact on the dynamic stability of the mixture,accounting for 65.47% of the total,while the internal friction angle φ has no significant impact on the test index.In order to ensure the dynamic stability of the two kinds of skeleton asphalt mixtures in this paper,according to the test results and correlation analysis,in order to ensure the high temperature performance of the new pouring asphalt mixture,the recommended asphalt mortar indicators are as follows: 1.The cone penetration shall be less than 14.28 mm;2.The shear strength of the mortar shall be greater than 12.0 kPa.3.The cohesion of asphalt mortar shall be greater than 120 kPa.(4)There is a good correlation between the low temperature performance of asphalt mastic and asphalt mixture and the ratio of filler to asphalt.The amount of mineral powder affects the low temperature performance of mixture by changing the consistency and toughness of asphalt mastic.In order to ensure that the material has certain strength and deformation properties at low temperature,the viscosity and toughness of asphalt mortar should be greater than 2.4 N·m(-5 ℃)and 4 N ·m(-5 ℃),respectively. |
