Asphalt pavement always be damaged in it's used life, especially, in western of our country because the formidable natural conditions. Fiber was widely used inhigh-ranking as additional material of bituminous concrete in recent years.In this paper, Pavement performance of Fiber-reinforced asphalt mixture is studied. First, the nature of fiber and Fiber-reinforced asphalt mortar is studied. This part includes the following points: The absorption of moisture and resist heat performance of fiber and the high and low temperature property tests of fiber-reinforced asphalt mortar. Secondly, the ratio of filler bitumen of the fiber-reinforced asphalt mortar is researched in this dissertation, which is one of the most important research findings in this thesis. Thus, the different fiber type which can improve the performance of asphalt mixture are compared. |
