| Since China Government began volume-based procurement in 2019,the prices of medical devices have been greatly impacted.For S Factory,which has introduced a large number of automation equipment,it is imperative to quickly improve efficiency and reduce scrap to improve market competitiveness.Based on the actual situation of the enterprise,this article takes the efficiency improvement of the CA product assembly line of S Factory as the material,collects,organizes and analyzes the key performance indicators(KPI)information of the production line,use lean production,six sigma tools and other concepts to figure out main factors affecting the efficiency.And systematically put forward improvement countermeasures for the problems and apply them in practice.While achieving better efficiency,the research has also completed the improvement of the skills of the entire technician team,the improvement of the stability of production line,the standardization of raw material management.The research results show that the management problems,the insufficient understanding of OEE,the design,maintenance and spare parts management of equipment,the process standard,the molding parts,and troubleshooting capability are the main obstacles restricting the efficiency improvement.By optimizing associates arrangement,optimizing equipment design and spare parts management,optimizing existing equipment maintenance items and manuals,optimizing process standards,and optimizing raw material requirements.Reduce downtime,reduce changeovers,train technicians for quick changeovers(SMED),and reduce the impact of changeovers on output.This results in efficiency improvement and cost reduction.This paper has practical guiding significance for assembly line efficiency improvement in S factory. |
