With the rapid growth of China’s social economy and the rapid development of the chemical industry,dangerous goods are widely used in medical,chemical,light industry,energy,and other fields.The demand for transportation continues to grow.The number of dangerous goods road transportation enterprises is increasing year by year,and the scale is gradually expanding.The number of dangerous goods road transportation drivers is in short supply,with serious age gaps,lack of connectivity,and difficulty in recruiting drivers,which means that in the long future,Dangerous goods road transportation enterprises will generally face the problem of "aging" drivers.Current research has not yet paid attention to this phenomenon,but has only put forward opinions and suggestions on ensuring the safety of road transportation of dangerous goods from aspects such as personnel management,vehicle management,loading and unloading management,and route selection.It has not fully characterized the driving characteristics of elderly drivers of road transportation of dangerous goods,and has not explored the impact of aging drivers of road transportation of dangerous goods on enterprise and transportation safety.Therefore,based on the survey data from four aspects: compliance with management,responsiveness,cognitive ability,and safety awareness,the paper uses the method of factor analysis to establish a comprehensive quality evaluation model.According to the evaluation results,it compares the differences in various dimensions between older and middle-aged drivers of road transport of dangerous goods,and analyzes the current situation of road transport drivers of dangerous goods based on the survey data from two aspects: salary satisfaction and professional sense of honor,To comprehensively evaluate the impact of elderly drivers of road transportation of dangerous goods on enterprises,and provide reference opinions for enterprise safety management.Firstly,based on the current research status of relevant literature on road transportation of dangerous goods and elderly drivers,a definition of "advanced age" is given,with the age of over 50 being defined as advanced age.factors affecting the comprehensive quality of drivers in road transportation of dangerous goods are analyzed,and comprehensive quality evaluation indicators are selected to determine the primary and secondary dimensions,and an indicator system is established.Secondly,according to the indicators,a questionnaire on the comprehensive quality of drivers in road transportation of dangerous goods is designed to grasp the current situation of the comprehensive quality of drivers in the industry,providing data support for subsequent research.According to age,drivers under 50 years of age for road transportation of dangerous goods are classified as middle and young age groups,and drivers over 50 years of age are classified as senior age groups.Factor analysis is used to calculate the weight of each indicator in each dimension,quantify and grade the indicators,establish a comprehensive quality evaluation system for dangerous goods road transport drivers,and evaluate the comprehensive quality scores of the samples.Thirdly,conduct survival status analysis,significant difference analysis,and correlation analysis for the elderly and middle and young age groups,compare the differences between the elderly and middle and young age in various dimensions,explore the weaknesses of elderly drivers for road transportation of dangerous goods,and obtain the potential risks of elderly drivers for enterprise safety management.Finally,in view of the aging of road transport drivers for dangerous goods,suggestions and suggestions are proposed for road transport enterprises of dangerous goods,providing a reference basis for enterprise safety management and solving the "recruitment difficulty". |
