| The safety problem of road transportation enterprise of dangerous goods has attracted much attention,which have many reasons.With the rapid development of economy,the demand for dangerous goods of all types of enterprises is expanding.The frequency and volume of road transportation of dangerous goods is increasing.The road transportation of dangerous goods has high risk,and it will cause serious personal injury,property damage environmental damage and extremely bad social influence if it is not handled properly.Therefore,it is very import to do the research on safety management for road transportation enterprise of dangerous goods.AHP-fuzzy complex evaluation method is used to analyze the risk assessment for road transportation enterprise of dangerous goods.In this paper,the index system of the risk assessment is built including five risk factors,such as human factors,environmental factors,equipment and facilities,dangerous goods and their packaging level,management factors and so on.The method of risk assessment index system is the relevant experts’ score of each evaluation index,which the first level indicators are set to 5 and the second level indicators are set to 18.The index of risk quantification and determine the weight of corresponding indexes has given by relevant experts’ score of each evaluation index and the methods of analytic hierarchy process(AHP).This research has constructed a two level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for road transportation enterprise of dangerous goods by selecting the appropriate fuzzy algorithm.Finally,this research use the method to evaluate the risk for a transport fleet of dangerous goods.The results is consistent with the actual situation,which is in safe state.This paper put forward some methods to avoid risks for some important factors,such as human factors,equipment and facilities and so on. |
