Villa Residential Space Design And Research

With the change in people’s living styles,living concepts and housing demand,people’s expectations of modern living culture,housing quality,landscape,ecological environment and humane environment are increasing.Residentials,also from the initial simple living place,evolved into a private space for people to enjoy life,but also the embodiment of the quality of life.At the same time,the government gradually issued a ban on villas in the environment.Economic villas have become the new darling,their prices and single-family villas more acceptable,to meet the living needs of some groups in society.First of all,this paper compares the development of villa house design at home and abroad,and adopts the method of integrating theory with practice as the main line of thinking,through literature research and comprehensive induction methods to further study villa-related concepts and residential space design techniques and principles,from the definition of villa house concept and overview of different categories to the interior design on which the villa house relies,discusses its connotation and related design application theories,such as environmental psychology,traditional geomancy,ergonomics,etc.,and based on the social background of the current era,explores two types of design strategies — "from inside to outside" design strategies and "from outside to inside" design strategies: the former is to serve the preliminary strategy of the latter design — analyzes the changes in people’s living concept and the expectations of living environment and the common psychology of the main consumer groups of the villa,in order to conduct design strategy research from the psychological needs of the people in modern society;the latter is to develop physical space and color design strategies based on the results of the former research,aiming at realizing the psychological abstraction needs of the residents by means of design to meet their expectations,or even guide them to form a better way of life.Secondly,it clarifies some design principles,such as the sustainable principle of green environmental protection,people-oriented design principle and original exploration design principle.Finally,a three-storey townhouse in Changchun City,Jilin Province is taken as an example to design,which involves space composition,decoration and color composition.For the future,I want to study the history of villa housing,planning and design practitioners to provide the relevant theoretical basis and design ideas.
