Research On Compound Model Of Farming House Production And Living Space In Guanzhong Area

Under the circumstances of the guanzhong rural industry transformation,the traditional small-scale peasant household’s production and living space in the farmhouse of business management and began to adapt to the industrial development,most of the guanzhong was still in the stage of development of industry transformation of the countryside,don’t have the ability to integrate all the transformation of the industrial production space,production and living space in the farmhouse compound reality are widespread.However,due to the limitation of construction industry foundation,construction investment mode and professional overall research and development conditions,the random and scattered phenomenon of production space and living space is still common.Therefore,in the transitional period of rural development in Guanzhong,it is necessary to develop the compound mode of production and living space of rural houses,which can not only meet the production demands of farmers,but also minimize the impact of production space on living space.This study attempts to take the farm houses in the rural areas of the dairy goat breeding industry in Guanzhong as the research object,and the research scope is defined in the concentrated rural areas of the dairy goat breeding industry in the northern Middle East of Guanzhong.The main ideas are divided into three steps: First,the feasible construction system and space requirements are sorted out and refined through real state investigation;Secondly,based on the composite modes and methods of production and living space in the classic cases at home and abroad,the composite modes and methods suitable for the rural houses in Guanzhong area are selected.Third,the design of production and living function space.On this basis,the compound mode and organization structure of production and living space of rural houses in Guanzhong dairy goat breeding industry are summarized.In this paper,based on the practical situation in Guanzhong and the breeding mode of dairy goats,according to the organization mode of "unit" which is still heavily relied on in rural construction,and on the understanding and understanding of dividing the spatial compound mode system into "unit,unit and group",The paper puts forward three spatial associations of "juxtagonal spatial unit","integrated spatial unit" and "enclosed spatial group" to form the compound mode of production and living space of rural houses in Guanzhong.And use the space function module to form the pattern organization structure.Finally,taking Xigou Village Group of Dangding Village,Sufang Town,Pucheng County,Weinan City as the practice object,the design practice of rural houses is verified and feedback is carried out..
