After the 21st century, the state clearly supports the development of prefabricated buildings, its construction cycle is fast, environmental protection and energy saving and other advantages are in line with the national future development strategy,at this stage of prefabricated buildings in the prefabricated parts are mainly shear wall components, seismic performance can replace cast-in-place shear walls, become the main hot spot in the research of prefabricated buildings. The connection seam between the assembled shear wall is a weaker part than the cast-in-place shear wall, and the role of the seam on the overall seismic performance of the wall is the focus of research. The most commonly used connection device in engineering construction is the grouting sleeve form, and a steel plate plug-in bolted connection device is designed to explore its mechanical properties according to its shortcomings. The main research content of this article:(1)Based on the actual structure of the grouting sleeve assembly shear wall,ABAQUS finite element software is used to establish the cast-in-place,steel plate plug-in bolted connection, grouting sleeve connection shear wall model, and determine the main parameters of the material and the numerical simulation analysis process by consulting the relevant literature and concrete tests.(2)The three models are analyzed by means of monotonous and reciprocating loading force, and then the seismic performance such as the failure form of the component and the bearing capacity is compared. The simulation results show that the initial cracks of the grouting sleeve connection components are in the upper end plane of the grout sleeve and cover the wall in a divergent shape, and the other two components are the edge of the bottom angle crack developed at 45 degrees, the bottom angle concrete finally collapses, the wall longitudinal reinforcement and steel plate both ends of the edge yield, and the bending shear damage characteristics appear.(3)From the loading results,it can be seen that the ductility of the steel plate bolted connection shear wall is better than that of the other two components;Under monotonic loading, there is a connection slip in the bolt shear wall of the steel plate, the friction force between the components plays a lag,and the peak displacement and maximum bearing capacity are reduced compared with the other two;The bearing capacity, limit displacement, cumulative energy consumption and stiffness of the steel plate bolt shear wall under reciprocating load are greater than the other two,and the stiffness degradation trend is similar to that of cast-in-place wall, and the steel plate bolted assembly shear wall can be used approximately equivalent to the cast-in-place shear wall.(4)Using ABAQUS software to perform parametric analysis of the steel plate bolt shear wall,it is concluded that the axial pressure ratio of the specimen is increased, the bearing capacity of the component is improved, and the ductility will be reduced; In the case of ultimate aspect ratio, with the increase of the aspect ratio, the larger the aspect ratio, the more lagging the yield displacement of the component, the smaller the bearing capacity, the less likely it is to be brittle damage, and the ductility, stiffness degradation curve and energy consumption of the component change linearly as the height to width ratio increases, and the ductility, stiffness and energy consumption capacity of the member are significantly reduced; The change of steel plate thickness and dark column longitudinal bar diameter has less impact on the overall component and can appropriately change the steel strength. Finally, according to the numerical simulation analysis, some design suggestions for the use of such prefabricated shear walls are given.Figure [60] Table [31] Reference [77]...
