| As a structure with high lateral force resistance, steel plate shear wall is mostly used in high-rise and super high-rise buildings in earthquake prone areas.Corrugated steel plate shear wall is one of the main forms of steel plate shear wall system.Due to its special geometric structure of embedded corrugated steel plate, its convex corrugated shape is equivalent to stiffener, which can not only solve the problem of out of plane stability of thin steel plate shear wall Compared with stiffened steel plate shear wall,it also avoids the influence of residual stress and thermal effect caused by welding. At the same time, the steel plate shear wall structure is mainly through the buckling of embedded steel plate to form tension band for energy dissipation. In order to make full use of the energy dissipation capacity of embedded steel plate, the steel plate surface is required to yield in a large area to form a sufficient tension field, and the tension band will produce a large additional bending moment to the side column. The ordinary steel column can not provide effective anchorage for the embedded steel plate,so the embedded steel plate can consume energy In this paper, the double C-channel steel column with high stiffness and high strength is introduced as the edge anti lateral member, called PEC column for short,to form a shear wall structure with PEC column embedded with trapezoidal corrugated steel plate. In order to further study the seismic performance of the structure, the experimental study and finite element numerical analysis of the shear wall structure with PEC column embedded with trapezoidal corrugated steel plate are carried out.Through the calculation of the structure, three scale specimens are designed for experimental research, and the modeling comparison analysis of the three specimens is carried out. While verifying the reliability of the finite element modeling, five parameters, including the height thickness ratio of the embedded corrugated steel plate, the wavelength of the embedded corrugated steel plate, the wave height of the embedded corrugated steel plate, the section size of the channel steel column and the concrete grade, are selected to carry out the numerical simulation expansion analysis The results are as follows:(1)Through the experimental study on three scaled shear walls with PEC columns embedded with trapezoidal corrugated steel plates under cyclic loading,it is found that the structure has high bearing capacity, good hysteretic performance and excellent energy dissipation performance;(2)By summarizing the test phenomena of the three specimens,it can be concluded that the yield mode of the specimens PEC-CSPSW-1 and PEC-CSPSW-2 with the height thickness ratio of 747 and 560 respectively is as follows: firstly, the embedded corrugated steel plate buckles and produces the tension band;then the tension band enters into yield, and with the development of the tension band, the yield area of the shear wall gradually increases;finally, almost the whole plate yields to the strength limit The yield mode of PEC-CSPSW-3 with height to thickness ratio of 448 is as follows: when the loading displacement reaches 56 mm,there is no tension band on the plate surface, but there is no obvious convex concave deformation on both sides near the column base, and the wave crest produces local distortion. However, the stress shows that the corrugated steel plate has entered the overall yield before buckling, which belongs to strength failure;(3)Three specimens are made of embedded trapezoidal corrugated steel plates with different height to thickness ratios.According to the hysteretic curves obtained from the test, the different height to thickness ratios of steel plates lead to slightly different shapes of hysteretic curves, but the curves are full and have good hysteretic performance. The smaller the height to thickness ratio is,the larger the envelope area of hysteretic curve is,and the greater the energy dissipation coefficient is.E is all above 2.25,which has good energy dissipation capacity;(4)The finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to simulate the test.It is found that the load displacement curve, stiffness degradation curve, deformation and stress distribution can accurately reflect the stress mode, deformation and bearing capacity of the test component, which verifies the correctness of the finite element model;(5)Through the analysis of the finite element expansion parameters of the shear wall with PEC column embedded with trapezoidal corrugated steel plate,it can be seen that the height thickness ratio of the corrugated steel plate and the section size of the channel steel column have the most significant influence on the overall stiffness and bearing capacity of the shear wall structure with PEC column embedded with trapezoidal corrugated steel plate. When the height thickness ratio of the corrugated steel plate is smaller, the section size of the channel steel column is larger, and the bearing capacity and energy consumption of the structure are higher The results show that the larger the capacity is,the smaller the influence of wave length and wave height of corrugated steel plate on the bearing capacity and energy dissipation performance of the structure is,and the influence of concrete grade on the seismic performance of the structure is very small.
