Abstract/Summary:
Prefabricated shear wall system is a kind of lateral force resisting structure system which assembles the factory prefabricated wall panels on the spot. The connection performance of vertical joints and horizontal joints plays a decisive role in the integrity and stability of the structure.Existing prefabricated wallboard joint connection mode mainly includes "dry connection" and "wet connection" two classes and one main means "dry connection" are prestressed bolt connection and bolt connection,"wet connection ways mainly have the sleeve connection, grouting slurry anchor connection, etc.,this topic mainly aimed at the level of prefabricated shear wall joint dry to study the seismic performance of connections.Combined with the existing research results of prefabricated shear wall, this paper puts forward two dry joint structures of prefabricated wall plate joints, which are connected by steel plate and high-strength bolts and by prestressed bolt joints.Consider high strength bolt arrangement design for two common horizontal double steel plate, high strength bolt connection joint outsourcing prefabricated shear wall and 1 common horizontal seam prestressed bar connection prefabricated shear wall and 1 one common cast-in-place shear wall contrast specimen, and the low cycle load test, one common horizontal double steel plate, high strength bolt connection joint outsourcing prefabrication prestressed rod connections and 1 cross level joint shear wall specimen on the constant vertical tensile adverse to consider the actual engineering conditions.According to the experimental observation and the test data, the seismic performance was analyzed from the aspects of bearing capacity, stiffness, energy dissipation, failure mode and transmission path.At the same time, the finite element simulation software ABAQUS was used to establish two sets of test specimen models for simulation, and the rationality of the finite element model was verified by comparison with the test. The results show that :(1)considering the adverse effect of tensile force, the bearing capacity of steel plate bolted shear wall is close to that of cast-in-place wall, and the connection method of steel plate and high-strength bolt is generally more feasible.(2)bolt spacing has a certain degree of influence on bearing capacity, initial lateral stiffness, energy consumption and slip degree. It is suggested that the bolt spacing should be 130 mm plum tree layout in the project.(3)steel plate bolted shear wall has better seismic performance than prestressed bolted shear wall;(4)the integrity of cast-in-place wall specimens is better than that of precast steel plate bolted shear wall and prestressed bolt shear wall specimens, but the deformation capacity is not as good as that of precast specimens;(5)although there are certain differences between the simulation and the test, the change trend and failure pattern of the overall curve conform to the actual test, which provides reference for the follow-up research.
