| With the rapid development of prefabricated structures in China, the research on the seismic performance of prefabricated concrete shear wall structures is increasing. The horizontal connection mode of the wall is the main factor affecting the seismic performance of such structures. In this paper,a new type of steel plate-bolt horizontal connection detail is proposed, and the seismic performance of prefabricated concrete shear wall based on this connection is studied. The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the excellent energy dissipation capacity of steel plate and easy inspection of bolt connection,a new type of prefabricated concrete shear wall structure with steel plate-bolt horizontal connection detail was proposed. The connection steel plate is embedded at the end of the shear wall. After the steel plates of the upper and lower walls are aligned, the steel plate is connected and fixed by high-strength bolts. Finally, the grouting material is poured at the horizontal joint to complete the connection of the upper and lower walls.(2)Quasi-static tests of two new steel plate-bolted prefabricated concrete shear walls with axial compression ratio of 0.1 and 0.2 and one cast-in-place concrete shear wall with axial compression ratio of 0.1 were carried out.The test results show that the horizontal bearing capacity, energy dissipation capacity and ductility of the prefabricated concrete shear walls with new horizontal connection are stronger than those of the cast-in-place concrete shear wall. When the ultimate failure of the walls occurs, the bottom and corner of the cast-in-place wall are seriously damaged.Compared with the cast-in-place shear wall, the weak parts of the prefabricated concrete shear walls with new horizontal connection move up.The wall damage mainly occurs on the two sides at the top of the connection area.By comparing the specimens with different axial compression ratios,it is found that the new steel plate-bolted prefabricated concrete shear wall with an axial compression ratio of 0.2 has higher bearing capacity, but the energy dissipation and ductility decreased.(3)Based on ABAQUS software, the test was simulated. The error between the simulation results and the test results was within 10 %,which proved the validity of the finite element model.Considering the steel plate size and shear span ratio, the parametric analysis of the seismic performance of the prefabricated shear walls with new steel plate-bolt horizontal connection was carried out.The analysis results show that when the steel plate meets a certain compressive capacity, the steel plate size have little effect on the bearing capacity of shear walls. The bearing capacity of the wall decreases with the increase of shear span ratio.(4)The restoring force model of the prefabricated shear wall with new steel plate-bolt horizontal connection is established, and the design method of steel plate and bolt of the prefabricated shear wall is given, which provides a technical basis for the application of practical engineering. |
