Research On Quality Credit Evaluation Of Highway Construction Enterprises

The strategic goal of “a country with strong transportation network”has given the transport engineering new development opportunities,but also given the mission of high-quality transport development.In recent years,credit has played a more and more important role in the development of national economy and society,and has become a “Qualification”to reflect the strength of enterprises.All industries are beginning to study the construction of a new credit-based regulatory mechanism.According to the establishment of “Credit Traffic Province”,the credit system construction of our province’s transportation industry has achieved phased results,and the credit evaluation system in the field of transport engineering construction is also improving.However,in the face of the high target and strict requirements of quality and safety supervision,the new mechanism and new ranks of industry law enforcement supervision,and various credit-breaking problems in the construction of transportation infrastructure,the current management model of credit evaluation in the transport engineering construction market is difficult to meet the current regulatory needs.This requires the competent departments of the industry to speed up the study of quality credit evaluation management.By studying quality credit evaluation and solving the problem of daily credit management,transport engineering will be guided to participate in the construction of all parties to operate in good faith and create a standardized and healthy industrial order.Firstly,through the background of credit system construction,domestic and foreign research status and related literature research,the credit related theories.On the basis of full investigation of the present credit evaluation of the transport engineering construction market and the demand of quality supervision,the key factors of quality credit are summarized through expert consultation,questionnaire investigation,etc.The frame of quality credit evaluation system is worked out,which is the preparation work for the following quality credit evaluation model.Secondly,combined with the method of literature analysis and questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the importance of the key factors to the quality credit,and formulates the evaluation index of the quality credit on the basis of following the construction target and principle.In this paper,the indicators are divided into 3 first-class indicators,11 second-class indicators and 32 third-class indicators.The indicators basically cover the key factors of quality credit,can objectively reflect the quality of its credit,effectively complement the current credit evaluation of it.Then,this paper uses AHP method to determine the index weight,and uses expert scoring method to obtain the relative importance degree of each factor,so as to clarify the index weight coefficient of the Highway Construction Enterprise Quality Credit Evaluation Index System.After determining the indexes,the paper collects and sorts out the current credit evaluation standards of construction enterprises,and determines the grading standards of the quality credit evaluation indexes one by one by combining quantitative and qualitative methods.Combined with the credit rating convention of Transportation Industry and the standard of Quality Credit Rating,the quality credit rating rules of highway construction enterprises are determined.Finally,a case analysis of a highway construction enterprise in the province is selected to demonstrate the feasibility of the quality credit evaluation model developed in this paper,the quality credit evaluation scores and grade results are consistent with the actual quality credit status of enterprises.The result of case analysis proves that the evaluation index system of Highway Construction Enterprise Quality Credit can judge the possibility of enterprise quality credit management to a certain extent,however,there is still room for adjustment and improvement in practice.To some extent,the research in this paper can make up for the deficiency of current credit evaluation,put forward new ideas and approaches for the quality supervision of Transport Engineering Construction,and explore the quality credit management of transportation enterprises,create conditions for creating a good traffic market environment.
