Based on Life-Cycle Assessment(LCA),a comprehensive evaluation system for highway asphalt pavement in Jiangsu Province is established,considering resource scarcity,pavement properties,economy,and environment.Besides,multi-objective decision-making is conducuted through dynamic programming for long-term maintenance strategy analisis.Firstly,a resource scarcity assessment is established for road engineering considering capacity,import and technology.And the resource scaricity is measured into Cost-Life-Cycle Inventory(C-LCI)as Resource Cost.For semi-rigid asphalt pavement,pavement-LCA system boundary and LCI metrics are refined.Models are localized based on PMS,with energy consumption and gas emission factors proposed.After E-LCI,marginal cost is introduced to quantify environmental damage cost(EDC)through Life-Cycle Cost Analysis(LCCA).And a comprehensive economic indicator,including resource scarity,pavement properties,economic and environment.Besides,for better analysis.Then,a dynamic programming is applied to acquire the optimal maintenance stragety within virious aims.Finally,a database is establish to verify the proposal system,including in-place recycling,milling and surfacing(MS),milling.The results shows that aggregation source and asphalt type is esstial to environmental benefit.For comprehensive benefit,process RAP(Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement)improperly would cost 10-20% more loss.For agency cost,be careful enough to choose material type and maintenance decision-making.To decrease user cost,optimize construction organization and quality.In decision-making,the optimal stragety always prefers the solution with less maintenance;the long-term application of hot in-place recycling is disappointing,while MS and M.SMA overlay show better performance;the delay cost of cold in-place recycling under heavy traffic has weaken its long-term advantage.Besides,sensitivity analysis indicates that LCI is extremely sensitive to ratio of trucks.
