| With the rapid development of discrete manufacturing characterized by ‘multiple varieties and small batches’,the rapid change in production plans is of great significance to the improvement of production efficiency,and production line simulation is the premise to ensure the correct,reasonable and efficient production plan.Production line simulation is to establish a digital model in the digital space to conduct pre-production simulation of the production rhythm,logistics and transportation,layout planning and other production conditions of the production line,so as to find problems in the production plan in time and reduce the loss in actual production.According to the characteristics of the production line in discrete manufacturing,combined with the modeling technology of digital twin model and finite state machine model,a production line simulation system for discrete manufacturing is researched in this paper.The main research contents and achievements of the paper are as follows:1.The requirements of the production line simulation system is analyzed in this paper,the structure of the production line simulation system is designed,and the functional modules of the system and the key technologies of system are explained clearly.2.Based on the requirement of abstract modeling of the manufacturing resources involved in the production operation process for the realization of the production line simulation system,a method for constructing the ontology model of the production resources based on the digital twin model is proposed: by using the multi-dimensional features of the digital twin model,the modeling method maps the production resources of the physical space into the digital space.And using the method of ontology modeling to describe the attributes,concepts and relationship constraints makes the representation of abstract models formalized.3.According to the production and operation process of discrete manufacturing workshop,the workshop production process is abstracted into the sequential logic operation process of the interaction between production events and production activities.The modeling method of event-driven production resource behavior and rule logic is proposed: the abstract design process of events is studied to unify the structure of production events.Through the description of the relationship between events and the relationship between events and production states,the underlying structure of the finite state machine of the production resource model is constructed.By studying the timing and logic rules in production activities,the event delivery rules,production process rules,resource competition rules and task conflict rules involved in the realization of production line event interaction are proposed.4.According to the requirements of the production line simulation system,combined with the underlying abstract model,the application service of the production line simulation system is supported.The process of simulation clock control model simulation is studied,the instantiated models in the production process are managed synchronously in space and time,and the simulation process is promoted.The graphics-based simulation modeling technology is studied to facilitate the layout of production resource models in the system interface,including icon models,wire diagrams and data input windows.The production line simulation data processing technology is studied.The appropriate production data is selected for record management by analyzing the data types of the simulation model at each stage,and the database design is carried out from the perspective of data management to improve the data management and analysis functions.5.The production line simulation prototype system is developed,and the discrete manufacturing production line is selected for example verification. |
