Research On Digital Twin Technology Of Manufacturing Line Based On VIP

With the rapid development of digitalization,networking and information technology,the new generation of information technology is deeply integrated with the advanced manufacturing industry,and the manufacturing industry is moving towards intelligent manufacturing.Digital twin is a key component of intelligent manufacturing.This paper studies the key technologies of digital twin modeling and debugging.The digital twin technology of transmission intelligent production line is studied under the virtual 3D platform of virtual universe pro(VUP).The intelligent production line of gearbox model adopts modular design and is composed of processing,transportation and storage platforms.It has the advantages of safety and stability,convenient assembly,flexible production,reducing labor intensity and improving efficiency.The processing modules include CNC drilling and milling machines,gantry milling machines and horizontal milling machines,which are arranged in a circular manner to improve the flexibility of the production line.The motion control is controlled by the PLC ladder program in the controller window of the VUP platform.This method can also be used in the development of virtual prototype.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Research the digital twin technology of intelligent manufacturing.2.Research the construction of the production line for gearbox and design framework of production line for digital twin.3.Research digital twin model construction technology of production line based on VUP and propose the multidimensional data models.4.Take the lower box as an example,analyze its processing,create the instrument models and simulate in VUP software.5.Design the control program,simulate and debug for intelligent production line in VUP.Production line digital twin can predict whether the production design scheme is correct,reasonable and efficient.More importantly,it is believed that the teaching-learning environment in IM practice lesson will be enhanced using this simulation-model design.
