| In recent years,with the dramatical growth of the installed scale of distributed resources in China,the effective development and utilization of distributed energy will be the inevitable way to achieve the goal of low-carbon.With the promotion of distributed trading,it has become possible to use P2 P trading for power sharing.For the public distribution network with direct access to distributed resources,it faces great changes in technical operation,pricing method and cost recovery.The traditional charging tariff is more and more difficult to cover the cost of distribution network revonation.In this context,how to formulate the charging mechanism of distribution network based on the actual utilization of distribution network,realize the recovery of distribution cost,standardize and guide the transaction of distributed resources among users is of great significance to improve the security and economy of distribution network operation and realize the interactive strategy of the benign development of distributed resources and distribution network.This paper studies the planning and charging strategy of public distribution network to support high-density prosumer P2 P transaction in the near future.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the interaction mechanism between P2 P transaction participants and the distribution network owner,a system dynamics model of interactive coupling between local energy sharing and distribution network level is established to analyze the mechanism of the interaction between various factors,From the perspective of medium and long-term time scale and overall coordination,the linkage changes brought by PV access to the coordination administrator’s shared value,the coupled relationship among different stakeholders,and what the transmission and distribution price will be are simulated.(2)The charging framework of new public distribution network in the future under distributed resource access and P2 P transaction is bulit.This paper analyzes the short-term operation cost of distribution network caused by P2 P transaction from three parts: line capacity occupation,voltage adjustment and network loss.Based on the sensitivity analysis,a network fee calculation model considering the actual physical topology is established.Based on the on-demand charging theory,the DG access charging tariff model is established.Based on simulated transaction data of four typical days of in spring,summer,autumn and winter,this paper adopts continuous two-way auction mechanism for P2 P transaction,and analyze the settlements of network fees and access fees of power grid companies and the operation of distribution network.(3)The dynamic adjustment model of network fee based on line utilization ratio and incremental cost is established.From the pointview of users participating in P2 P transactions,the transaction strategy adjustment model of sellers and consumers is established.Adopt joint interactive simulation based on Vensim DSS platform and MATLAB software to simulate and analyze the change of dynamic network fee,analyze the change of quotation and volume reporting strategy,income and cost of power selling users and power purchasing users participating in P2 P transaction from the perspective of users,and simulate the change of line utilization in the next decade from the perspective of public distribution network. |
