As the greenhouse effect intensifies,the issue of global warming has led to an increasing preference for environmentally friendly new energy vehicles,of which electric vehicles are undoubtedly the focus of mainstream attention.With the gradual increase in the number of electric vehicles,the demand for charging equipment from vehicle owners is growing rapidly,thus stimulating the development of the electric vehicle charging market.At present,the overall profitability of the electric vehicle charging industry is not strong due to high production costs,long investment and construction cycles and low utilization of charging piles.Therefore,investment benefit analysis before project construction is an important safeguard measure to improve project profitability and operational capacity.This paper firstly describes the background and significance of the selected topic and the relevant research status at home and abroad,reviews the current situation of domestic and foreign research,and also clarifies the research content and writing ideas of the article.Then,the theoretical basis and analysis methods related to the research on the investment efficiency of charging pile projects based on time-of-use tariff are introduced,followed by the current situation of the charging industry and the development of company X,as well as the impact of peak-valley time-of-use tariff,policy and market on the charging pile projects.Next,a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the investment efficiency of the existing pricing model of Company X’s auto charging pile project is conducted from three aspects:net present value,dynamic payback period,and embedded payoff rate.Meanwhile,a sensitivity analysis is conducted with peak and valley time-sharing tariffs as indicators,and the optimization of the investment efficiency of Company X’s car charging pile is proposed in four aspects:broadening revenue sources,reducing input costs,rational site selection and distribution,and optimizing time-sharing tariffs.The proposal is proposed.Finally,the conclusions of the investment benefit analysis of this project are drawn,and the shortcomings of this paper and the prospects for future research are presented.
