| China’s urbanization development has made a huge leap in the past 20 years.Road construction is the key to urbanization.The development of modern mechanized construction technology has greatly promoted the efficiency of urban road construction,and has also made the market demand high-quality construction machinery and equipment.Demand has greatly increased.Since the research and development of construction machinery and equipment manufacturing,product function,strength,reliability have become the focus of research.With the development of the industry,the competitiveness of construction machinery and equipment has become more and more reflected in the soft power level such as product modeling and human-computer interaction.At present,the lack of research in the fields of appearance and interaction of domestic construction machinery and equipment has greatly limited its influence in domestic and foreign markets.The shape and color of construction machinery can reflect the function,quality and corporate brand image of the product,and improve the competitiveness among similar products;the human-computer interaction of its control panel directly affects the operator’s attention distribution,search time and work efficiency.It is an important factor to measure the design level of construction machinery products.This paper takes the appearance and human-machine interface of the construction machinery slipform paver as the research object,and summarizes the design principles of the shape,color and control panel of the slipform paver through literature review,on-site inspection and user research.And the design method of human factors engineering,taking Siming Technology SMC-5000 slipform paver as an example to optimize the design,the innovation achievements of the paper are as follows:By investigating the needs of the target population and the brand strategy of Siming Technology,analyze the structural characteristics of the subject research object,and summarize the functions and design points of each part;analyze the appearance of the slipform paver based on the intention scale,and establish perceptual vocabulary and modeling characteristics;explore the relationship between product design elements and user perceptual evaluation;use color harmony theory to design and screen color schemes;use AHP to calculate and sort control components,and to analyze control panels from the aspects of layout and hardware selection;based on the design principles of the slipform paver,draw a sketch plan,use Rhino and Keyshot software to perform 3D modeling and rendering to display the design results,and conduct subjective evaluation of the appearance design scheme of the slipform paver by establishing a perceptual evaluation table for checking the design results;design eye movement experiments to quantitatively and qualitatively evaluate the control panel design scheme,and conduct fuzzy mathematical evaluation of the overall scheme to verify the effectiveness of the design.This paper takes the appearance and operation interface of construction machinery as the research object,and comprehensively utilizes the design methods of perceptual engineering,interface beauty and ergonomics to realize the design of the appearance and control panel of the slipform paver of construction machinery.The proposed design scheme has been purchased by user.The research work carried out is to inject aesthetic elements into construction machinery and equipment,and to construct a design and evaluation method that can meet the needs of users at the physiological and psychological levels,which has reference value and reference significance for further design research of construction machinery products. |
