Micro Landscape Design Of Nanjing Old Community From The Perspective Of Double Aging

With the rapid arrival of the aging society,community buildings and environment are also aging,and Chinese cities are facing the problem of "double aging".Demolishing old community houses on a large scale and building new pension institutions is costly and not feasible.Under the background of vigorously promoting the home-based old-age care model in China,old community micro-landscape design is gradually becoming one of the most important strategies to improve the urban environment.It can not only become an important support for community and home-based care,but also to promote community refinement and management,increase the resiliency of the old community public space regeneration,and meet the environmental demands of the elderly.This paper takes Nanjing old community as the research object,firstly analyzes the role of micro landscape design in old community from the perspective of old community and microlandscape design,and lays a theoretical foundation for design practice.Secondly,the paper analyzes the current situation of Nanjing old community and the characteristics and needs of the elderly,and evaluates the suitability of Nanjing old community through AHP.Thirdly,put forward the design goal of old community suitable for old,and explore the design strategy of micro-landscape suitable for old from the three perspectives of overall design,space construction and node space.Finally,the theoretical analysis is applied to the design practice,taking Nanjing Lanyuan No.28 community as an example,Determine the needs of the target market based on community field research and questionnaire surveys,then develop a design idea to meet those demands;Starting with the target population’s needs and the field culture,the theme elements are translated and integrated into the micro-landscape design with the design strategy.By combining the micro-landscape design of the aging community with the concept of building an environment suitable for the aging community,this paper hopes to find suitable micro-landscape design ideas and strategies for the aging community in the future,providing theoretical and practical reference for the revitalization of the aging community and promoting the development of active aging.
