| With the continuous development of various new weapons,the range,accuracy,and destruction capabilities of new weapons are constantly refreshed,which puts forward higher requirements for testing technology,and the development cycle becomes shorter and the cost of a single piece is higher,which requires us to use a small number of test samples to obtain more and more accurate experimental data,and can provide more appropriate testing technology in a timely manner for various high-tech and new technology systems.In the face of such requirements,in order to solve the problem that the single test data of the current ballistic test instrument is insufficient and the important parameters of internal and external ballistics are not studied by joint testing,a comprehensive testing technology of internal and external ballistics is proposed.Firstly,after analyzing and summarizing the research status of internal ballistic test and external ballistic test at home and abroad,combined with the test requirements,the overall design of the scheme is carried out.After that,the specific installation position of the test instrument on the projectile was designed,and the mechanical structure and anti-overload design were carried out.Then,the hardware design was carried out,including the selection of sensors,the design of conditioning circuits and integrated circuit modules.And the system software design was carried out,including the specific design of the software state machine and the upper computer.Finally,the measured data are processed and analyzed by calculation and compared with the theoretical values to determine whether the data collected by the system in this paper is really usable.For the motion state of the projectile,the internal and external ballistic comprehensive test recorder designed based on dynamic storage technology can effectively collect the acceleration signal and bottom pressure signal of the projectile,as well as the projectile acceleration signal and speed signal outside the projectile bore.And by setting the trigger edge,the control system completes the accurate and effective acquisition of the internal and external ballistic signal range.Finally,the test data is processed and analyzed,and the relationship between the acceleration parameters in the chamber and the pressure parameters at the bottom of the bullet is obtained.The nutation angle is obtained by solving the speed signal,the external ballistic acceleration signal is analyzed,and the internal ballistic acceleration signal can analyze the transformation and law of the acceleration signal from the entire projectile motion process. |
