In the field of external ballistic testing in weapons range,the traditional synchronous trigger system mostly uses copper core cable or wireless mode to solve the synchronous trigger problem of multiple devices placed in different places.The copper core cable has a large distributed capacitance.As the cable length increases,the signal transmission error gradually accumulates,which leads to the uncertainty of signal transmission time.Because the system works in a strong electromagnetic environment,it increases the risk of false trigger.To solve the above problems,a prototype synchronous trigger controller is designed and developed by using optical fiber relay transmission.The main research contents and achievements are as follows:(1)Overall scheme design.The functional requirements of the synchronous triggering system are analyzed,and the overall scheme of the synchronous triggering system is designed according to the functional requirements and technical indexes.Each functional module is designed in detail,including system power module,zero-time signal generation module,embedded control module,signal distribution module,electrical signal driver module,electro-optical conversion driver module.(2)Hardware circuit design and implementation.The circuit of each module of synchronous trigger controller is designed,and the PCB is designed and manufactured.(3)Software design and implementation.Firstly,the overall program is designed.Then,according to the program function and execution logic,the overall program is divided into two functional programs of delay triggering and GPS synchronization locking accurate UTC time value,and each subprogram in the two functional programs is designed in detail.(4)Chassis design and system assembly and debugging.The overall design of the chassis includes size selection,material selection and heat dissipation design.The hardware module and software module were debugged.Finally,each circuit module is laid out and wired inside the chassis for assembly and debugging of the whole machine.(5)Testing and verification.The function test,performance test and error analysis of synchronous trigger controller are carried out.The functions and technical indexes of the synchronous trigger controller prototype designed and developed in this paper meet the requirements of the subject,and the operation is stable and reliable. |
