| With the development of small arms science,for further analysis and research on automatic rifle shooting process,various caused by manufacturing error of the effects of random fluctuations on firing process obtained the unprecedented attention.Improving the stability of the initial velocity of the projectile can improve the firing accuracy and improve the probability of the mission.Therefore,it is very important to analyze the effects of various random factors on the initial spread of projectile.This article selects the 5.8 mm automatic rifles as the research object,on the basis of the classical interior ballistic theory,considering the automaton is built up the rifle interior ballistic mathematical model of the automaton dynamics model is established in the ADAMS.Analyzed the impact of two aspects of ammunition and automata muzzle velocity of all kinds of random factors,determine the range of each factor,based on the monte carlo method,application of ADAMS and MATLAB joint simulation,random simulation experiment of automatic rifle,to study together by all kinds of manufacturing error caused by random factors under the action of muzzle velocity spread,thechange rule of muzzle velocity distribution are obtained.The simulation results show that the initial velocity fluctuates within 3.2% when the random factors fluctuate within the selected range.At the same time,the initial velocity of the projectile was fluctuated within 2.3% ~ 4.3% range.This study has certain guiding significance for the design and production of ammunition and rifle. |
