The intensive study of high-tech weapons put forward higher requirement in digitalizing and comprehensive integration of ballistic test, the existing system function scattered, equipments independent from each other, data processing still needs artificial participation, could not meet the needs of current research. According to this situation, the development of ballistic integrated measurement system based on high-speed Ethernet was launched, in order that creating a distributed and networked ballistic testing platform to integrate tasks of different stage, contains internal ballistic, middle ballistic, exterior ballistic and terminal ballistic. Using digital processing method to collect and analyze test data, the comprehensive evaluation of result can be obtained.To take system's reliability, expandability and instantaneity data-transmission's instantaneity as principle, the hierarchical and distributed structure is adopted. Making use of Ethernet to establish testing network, the communication channel of data interaction is provided. In line with different functional orientation, the ballistic integrated measurement system is subdivided. Combine with system's topological structure, the realization of system's hardware platform is expounded. Method of projectile's attitude measurement based on photography test technology is elaborated, in the mean time, the projectile's attitude measurement principle is optimized. In the basis of current photography test equipments, a new digital image data interpretation method is provided. By creating uniform time and space reference and combine with relevant algorithm, the integration of different photographic workstations are realized. In software design, modularized design idea is used, the main modules are programmed in aspects of function requirements, program flow and data transfer plan, meanwhile, the system's workspace is designed.The ballistic integrated measurement system will greatly increase the efficiency of measurement and automatic level when completed, which means a lot to the development of scientific research ability.
