| Amidst the "post-epidemic era",domestic manufacturing enterprises still face significant challenges.The quality of factory facility layout directly affects the logistics efficiency,production costs,and investment benefits.Therefore,an optimal factory layout empowers a company to improve lean management and enhance competitiveness.As one of the first domestic enterprises to engage in the manufacturing of new energy vehicles in China,Company H is facing the challenges posted by rapidly changing times and growing consumer demands.In this case,optimizing the layout of the plant facilities is conductive to fully unleashing internal productivity,eliminating unnecessary waste,enhancing production flexibility,improving customer satisfaction,and striving for a greater market share.This paper takes the aging Phase I factory of H New Energy Vehicle Enterprise as the research object and focuses on four main aspects:(1)After reviewing the current research and studying relevant theories,the Systematic Layout Planning(SLP)method combined with the Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)algorithm is selected for optimization design;(2)Based on the production data,process flow and the current layout of Phase I plant,five problems of the existing layout are identified.(3)SLP is used for preliminary optimization design,at the beginning of which operational units are divided.Based on the process flow chart and relationship coding table,an interrelationship analysis between the operational units is conducted.Position-related diagrams are drawn and after which,the two initial schemes with different emphases,A and B,are retained;(4)The PSO algorithm is used to further optimize the design.A dual-objective function model with minimizing logistics intensity and maximizing non-logistics relationship is established.The initial populations is set with the layout data of schemes A and B,and the PSO algorithm with decreasing inertia coefficient is used to solve the model.Five groups of acceleration schemes are selected in parallel to identify the optimal design for the plant facility layout.Based on the SLP method,this paper applies the PSO algorithm to obtain the optimal layout plan.The results show that compared with the current layout design,the logistics intensity value in this plan is reduced by 37.36%,and the non-logistics relationship value is1.23 times that of the current one.The optimization effect demonstrates the effectiveness and feasibility of combining the two methods in the design of factory layout. |
