With the rapid development of the world economy and the rise of computer information technology revolution and artificial intelligence,the manufacturing industry of various countries has suffered a major impact,and always faces the fate of being eliminated by the times.Because industrial engineering originated earlier in foreign countries,for the production process.The improvement of workers’ movements is almost "extreme",and the waste in production and storage is also solved by disciplines such as operations research.However,after the people’s life is getting richer,contemporary manufacturing throws into a bottleneck,that is,how to cope with growing Demand.For a long time,there have been few manufacturing workshops that have improved the layout of the shop in order to improve the growing demand,and this hidden "profit" that is ignored by most manufacturing industries can bring a lot of benefits to the manufacturing industry.This paper studies and discusses the layout optimization based on the case of a hydraulic steering gear produced by an R factory in Shandong.This paper first investigates the production data of R factory.Through the data sorting and analysis,the R factory has a lot of waste in logistics,and found the current layout of R factory:the distribution of each workshop is unreasonable,leading to logistics.A lot of waste in the process has not been noticed,and then the layout of the R factory is unreasonable.First,the system layout is determined by the system facility layout(SLP)method.Secondly,the work unit is divided,and the process flow chart and the logistics relationship code table are The basic analysis of the logistics relationship of the R factory,the logistics from the table to the logistics related table,and then according to the characteristics of each operating unit and the factors affecting the operating unit,and finally based on these to summarize the final non-logistics from the table to the non-The logistics related table is based on the logistics related table and the non-logistics related table.According to the requirements of the factory,the weight is assigned to the logistics coefficient and the non-logistics coefficient.This paper adds the coefficients in a 1:1 way,and finally according to the operation unit correlation chart.Coding table to draw the work unit related map,and the work unit is scaled down to the appropriate position The final area correlation diagram is obtained;the evaluation of the layout scheme in this chapter is evaluated by the model,and the model is established based on the area correlation diagram,and the constraints and related coding coefficients are set to establish a complete mathematical model;The third part is the analysis of the model results.The five optimal schemes are selected,that is,the scheme with the largest fitness function.The total logistics cost of the scheme is 2.455×106 yuan.Finally,the initial layout,SLP optimization layout and optimality are adopted.The cost of the layout is compared and found that the optimal layout is better than the original initial layout and SLP optimized layout,and the final cost is reduced by 167,000 yuan.It also reflects the feasibility of the algorithm and the success of the optimization.
