| In recent years,with the advancement of urbanization and the comprehensive development of building industrialization in China,prefabricated buildings are being vigorously promoted in order to improve the construction speed,engineering quality and reduce environmental pollution.The construction site is the carrier of construction activities,and the layout of temporary facilities is an important part of the project construction organization design,and also the premise and guarantee of the smooth progress of the project.At present,in some engineering construction projects,the construction management personnel mainly arrange the temporary facilities manually according to their knowledge and experience.This subjective arrangement method without quantitative analysis will reduce the construction efficiency and is not conducive to the realization of fine management.For prefabricated buildings,the improvement of crane hoisting frequency and the existence of prefabricated components put forward higher requirements for the layout of temporary facilities on the construction site.The layout of temporary facilities on the construction site needs more scientific and efficient solutions.Based on this background,this paper classifies the temporary facilities of prefabricated construction site by literature research and field investigation,and systematically reviews its layout characteristics and standard layout requirements.By comparing the facility layout problems and models of manufacturing workshop,traditional cast-in-place structure building and prefabricated building construction site,this paper proposes to use the classic system layout design(SLP)method of industrial engineering for reference,systematically analyze the logistics relationship and nonlogistics relationship of temporary facilities on the construction site,and obtain the initial facility layout scheme combining with the actual conditions and drawing rules.In order to make up for the shortcomings of low efficiency and low precision of traditional SLP method,the facility layout problem is abstracted and modeled.The assumption conditions,related parameters and constraints are set up.Taking minimizing the material lifting time in temporary facilities as the objective function,the optimization mathematical model of temporary facility layout in construction site is constructed,and the solution process based on genetic algorithm is designed,The simulation operation is realized by programming on MATLAB platform.Finally,the effectiveness of the model is verified through the comparative analysis of examples.The results show that: compared with the original scheme,the transportation time of materials in temporary facilities is shortened by 36.54 min and 98.3 min respectively,and the optimization rate is 6.35% and 17.07%respectively,which improves the construction efficiency.Based on the engineering case,this paper also explores the influence of prefabrication rate on the layout of temporary facilities.The research shows that under different prefabrication rates,the type,size and optimal combination position of temporary facilities will change,and under the optimal facility layout scheme,the tower crane can complete the lifting time,the weight and the weight of prefabricated components of a standard floor.The relationship between the lifting time of non-prefabricated components and the total lifting time of materials and the prefabrication rate is approximately linear.This study combines system layout design method and mathematical model method to solve the problem of temporary facilities layout in prefabricated construction site,improves the scientificity of site layout scheme,and has guiding significance for construction site management decision-making.From the micro level of temporary facilities layout in construction site,the research field of project management is detailed. |
