Space automatic test equipment is the basic guarantee for the smooth implementation of space engineering.With the development of space exploration and aerospace field,the requirement of automatic test equipment for aircraft is higher and higher.The acquisition and storage device mainly performs the tasks of data acquisition and data storage in the flight test,and the completeness of its function index is directly related to the success of the flight mission.At present,there is no supporting equipment to test the whole life cycle of the acquisition and storage device before and after the flight.The development of automatic test equipment for the acquisition and storage device is urgent.In this paper,considering the reliability,transmission bandwidth and stability requirements,combined with the domestic and foreign development history and current situation and development trend,put forward the design scheme of automatic testing equipment for acquisition,compilation and storage devices.The device is composed of two sub-devices,including test equipment and reading equipment,both of which use FPGA as the main control chip.The test equipment is mainly responsible for completing the functional test of the acquisition controller before the flight test.The device uses an integrated CPCI chassis design,integrating screen,keyboard,upper computer,board card and computer host.Its function is realized by PCI interface digital card,switch card and analog card,through different board card transmission of different types of signals.The reading device is responsible for recovering the reliability of the data in the memory after the fly-over test.The Ethernet interface is used to communicate between the computer and the reading device.In order to achieve zero error data transmission,a layer of retransmission protocol is added on top of the standard UDP protocol.RS-422 interface and LVDS interface are used to communicate between the reading device and memory to realize the sending of reading instructions and the receiving of back data respectively.Set up a test platform and carry out functional testing of automatic test equipment.The test results show that the automatic test technology design of the equipment can realize the automatic test of the functions of the acquisition storage device before and after the flight.Finally,PCI bus transmission with bandwidth of 640 Mbps,Ethernet interface transmission with bandwidth of 50 Mbps,LVDS bus transmission with bandwidth of 400 Mbps,RS-422 and RS-485 bus transmission bandwidth can reach 16 Mbps and baud rate error is less than 1.5%,Meet the design requirements for transmission bandwidth and baud rate error.The collection accuracy of normally open contact signal is better than 100μs,which meets the collection accuracy requirement of design.As the auxiliary test equipment of the flight test,the equipment can automatically test the whole life cycle of the acquisition and storage device before and after the flight,which has a certain engineering value.
