Flight test is an important means of overall performance test of vehicle. In order toacquire the control system parameters of the vehicle during flight. Flight-control datarecording system has been designed for recording various parameters information, and carriesout the post-flight analysis, which includes flight-control data recorder and unit test device.Flight-control data recorder can record 1-channal digital data from vehicle controlsystem. After the test, the recorder can be hard retrieved, and the recorded data would be readout for analysis and processing. Unit test device can provide digital data source when inground simulation test, and cooperates with the recorder to finish the closed-loop test ofdifferent working status. Firstly, on the basis of reliability and modularization designprinciples, and combine with function index requirements, this paper presents the designscheme of flight-control data recorder and unit test device. In the light of two operating modesof the flight-control data recorder, this paper has designed hardware judging circuit ofworking mode. The whole system chose flexible reliable FPGA as the core control unit. theycommunication with each other by way of asynchronous serial through RS-422 interface. Asuitable capacity FLASH has been selected as storage medium according to the storagecapacity of flight-control data. It also introduces structure protection design and environmentroutine test for the reliable recycling and working environment condition requirements ofrecorder. The unit test device has been introduced, that is designed for achieving the real-timemonitoring and control, and reading back data from the recorder online, and transferring datawith proximal processing unit through USB interface.Finally, corresponding experimental test and verify have been done for the differentworking status of flight-control data recorder, and the test results are analyzed. The results show that this system fully meets the index requirements of the task, and has characteristics ofsimple operation, low power consumption, reliable performance, stable working.
